Great customer service
It’s not until things go wrong that you truly see what great customer service looks like and this was the case. Through no fault of Tides, my lamp was delivered broken by the courier. Unfortunately the replacement was also damaged during delivery. Tides customer service was impeccable. Thank you and would fully recommend.
