A excellent service from start to finish

I had seen an LG C5 at a very competitive price on a Sunday evening, but was slightly confused by the model numbers, and emailed into the shop to enquire. I was expecting a reply the following morning, but George from the store replied back very quickly that evening which definitely took me by surprise!

The Monday morning I went to make the purchase and the price had gone up again, and when I enquired with George he said prices do fluctuate with competitors but he really kindly gave me a code to match the price I had the previous evening. I was really taken back and immediately made the order.

I was kept upto date on progress and as advised when I ordered, I got an email the morning before to confirm my order and a text message the night before with my delivery window.

The item arrived on time within the window, and the delivery man was so polite and friendly. He offered to bring the TV in but I didn't require that for a 55" Model, and he said " I hope you enjoy your new TV" which was a really nice touch!

All in all the overall experience from initial query to delivery was first class. I'd happily recommend THT Direct.

I ordered my TV at a very competitive price from this business only 40 miles from my home in Edinburgh. They have their own delivery which is great because they are bound to take better care of the products in transit. The delivery driver was a really nice man. I received a text message the evening before with my time slot and it arrived within the slot. I would definitely order from here in the future and would have no problem recommending to friends.

During a search of the internet for my intended purchase; a 65-inch QLED smart television, located THT Direct, a supplier offering the product at a very competitive price. Reviewed the product specification on offer which met my target requirements. Further investigated the background relating to THT Direct. From information obtained
THT Direct is a small Scottish based company trading in electrical appliances from a store outlet and internet website with essentially very good customer reviews.
Was initially a bit concerned in placing the order with a small company, however used their website and placed the order for the television and waited for delivery. In the interim excellent communication received acknowledging order, preparation progress and a text message evening prior to delivery date advising actual delivery time slot. Product delivered on the date agreed and within advised time slot by an extremely friendly gentleman providing all the assistance you could wish for prior to his departure.
In conclusion the excellent performance of THT Direct proved my concern to fade into insignificance. I would have no hesitation in recommending this five-star company to those wishing to purchase electrical appliances and expect good service at an extremely competitive price.

Very helpful regarding advice on which TV to buy how to claim extended warranty vat back etc.
Also exchanged my new TV which arrived with a fault from the factory the next working day no hassles no stress.
Will be using them for all goods in the future.

Best price online I could find for LG oled tv but had not heard of THT, checked reviews which were good and even better a Scottish family business delivered on time absolutely no problems tv has been excellent

We purchased our TV from THT Direct for a substantially lower price than could be found elsewhere. We were able to choose our delivery date. It was delivered exactly on time by a friendly and helpful delivery driver. We were nervous about making a large purchase from a small company but couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Product was cheaper than anywhere else and was delivered at the time stated. Highly recommended.

Never usually bother leaving reviews but i am so pleased with the price i paid for my new tv (Samsung S90f 65" OLED) , which itself is excellent, that i felt compelled to leave a postive review, as they have saved me a small fortune.

I am usually a bit nervous/relucant to use a company i had not heard of but this proved to be unfounded.

The price is what drew me in but i did like the idea of supporting a local Scottish business rather than a big retailer like Currys.

Once purchased i received email notifying of the purchase, then received the email notifying of the 2 hour delivery slot the day before. Item was then delivered 30 mins early, which was fine.

TV itself is amazing. But the review is about the shop.

Now however considering using them again for an upgrade to my soundbar !!
