Great Service. TV was easy to find and competivley priced. Delivery was fast and on time. Driver who delivered was friendly and helpful. Couldn't be better.

I was in the market for a new TV. Settled on the 65 inch Samsung QN90F Neo QLED model.

On doing research to find the best price, I came across THT Direct - a company I’d never heard of before. I was amazed that they were local (central Scotland), and that their price was substantially cheaper than the other major big brand retailers.

Before ordering, I did some research and found out that they were a great company to deal with.

The entire ordering and delivery process was great. (I had a problem in paying through their website (I suspect it was a problem with my browser / cookies), I called them up and paid over the phone.

After that, all communications were perfect and the TV was delivered on the date agreed when ordering, and to a pre-advised 2 hour delivery slot. The delivery driver even carried it up two flights of stairs to my flat.

Highly recommended buying experience.

Great price for Samsung 65 inch oled tv great delivery oredress on Wednesday afternoon & delivered free of charge with a 2 hr window on Saturday morning at 6-45 am very early but it meant not staying in for the delivery

Found THT Direct online by accident, wish I knew about them sooner! Best prices anywhere, great delivery and friendly staff. There's a great selection of TVs, very pleased with purchase. Best keep an eye out as at these prices the TVs sell very quickly.

A excellent service from start to finish

I had seen an LG C5 at a very competitive price on a Sunday evening, but was slightly confused by the model numbers, and emailed into the shop to enquire. I was expecting a reply the following morning, but George from the store replied back very quickly that evening which definitely took me by surprise!

The Monday morning I went to make the purchase and the price had gone up again, and when I enquired with George he said prices do fluctuate with competitors but he really kindly gave me a code to match the price I had the previous evening. I was really taken back and immediately made the order.

I was kept upto date on progress and as advised when I ordered, I got an email the morning before to confirm my order and a text message the night before with my delivery window.

The item arrived on time within the window, and the delivery man was so polite and friendly. He offered to bring the TV in but I didn't require that for a 55" Model, and he said " I hope you enjoy your new TV" which was a really nice touch!

All in all the overall experience from initial query to delivery was first class. I'd happily recommend THT Direct.
