Replacement dishwasher supplied and fitted by DB the day after manufacturer confirmed guarantee was valid.

I bought a tumble drier via the website…
I bought a tumble drier via the website which was very misleading. It stated that there would be next day delivery (there wasn’t, it was a week and a half later) plus installation and recycling options. When the item arrived I expected the delivery men to take the old machine away AND to install the new appliance, they didn’t. This led to a series of phone calls which did eventually get resolved. I eventually had a refund for the recycling options, but this was very misleading and unnecessary. The company should really make their website clear in regard to these payments and options.

Let me start by apologising for any messaging you felt was misleading and we will look at how we can improve this going forward following your feedback. With regards to install and recycle we do offer a recycle service for deliveries outside our local area but on this occasion due to an error on our end this wasn't booked to take place hence the refund. With installation this is not a service we can currently offer outside of our delivery area as the courier we use are not able to offer this service.

The item duly arrived, the unwanted item was removed, and the new one was installed as required.

Good value for money and excellent…
Good value for money and excellent service. The in store staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The dishwasher was delivered exactly as expected, and fitted efficiently. The old appliance was taken away for recycling. I would happily recommend DB Domestics to anyone.
