Excellent, I’m able to stand longer. Feet and back hurt less.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT EVEN THOUGH I HAD ISSUES WITH THE INSERT ITSELF

The insoles are as advertised but they seem to me to be different than those presented elsewhere and some are much cheaper - sorry.

No Haggling with the customer over the refund. I’m a real customer…this is not AI.

These are better than I expected. Much better than inserts I bought through Amazon.

The help was awesome. I sent an email listing my concerns and they took the time to address each concern individually.

This was my second attempt to return products I unfortunately was not able to use. Second time was a charm. I emailed my post office tracking receipts and was promptly refunded my money. (First attempt to return items had me fill out a survey asking why I was returning the products, etc. I submitted that form and had no response after two weeks. So I contacted your company again and was promptly told exactly what to do and received my refund. Glad I followed up.)

Very responsive to a question I had on email. And it resolved my issue.

I was limping into work,barely making it through the day and limping out in the afternoon. I am on my feet all day. I had pain in my hip and lower leg on the left side. After one week with your insoles I have no pain anymore. I ordered another pair.

The minute I put the insoles in my work boots my pain was gone

I bought this for me and my girl but apparently they left out about the super high arch support that make our flat feet hurt even more.
When I want to return and asked for refund. They offer me 30% refund and I can keep the products. I told them what for my flat foot not going to work. And then no reply on my email. That I reply back on Monday morning at 9.30 am

The insoles have helped my steps so as to ease the current pain in my left leg. I bought 3 pairs - for 2 work shoes and my sneakers.

The promptness of replying to an issue to correct email address by a support agent.
