This was a really pleasant experience. I got this as a free offer through work in the NHS and at no point did I feel pressured into agreeing to additional costs or servcies. I appreciated Quaysar's experience and the simplicity with which everything was sorted

We found the process of making our Will with The Will Guys just about as easy as it could be. Oscar Dacosta was really helpful, very calm, explaining very clearly step by step. The company dealt with the process very efficiently and quickly. Many thanks to them all, particularly Oscar. Would certainly recommend the company to anyone wanting to make a simple Will.

Everything was super straightforward and made as simple as possible. All I needed was a simple will and what I got was a basic simple will, no pressure to have products that at this point I felt that I didn’t need. Rachael was so helpful
Had our first online meeting ( we were given the choice of face to face) with Rachael this morning. I was quite apprehensive, as aged 66 and 60, this is the first will my husband and I have done. Rachael was so lovely, had real empathy, a touch of appropriate humour and really put me at my ease. The whole process was so much simpler than I thought it would be. Rachael explained things really well and set up a trust and power of attorney ( both health and financial) for my husband and I. The cost was really reasonable when compared to what other companies have quoted and when you consider what the potential cost of not having a will would be.I would recommend Rachel, Zak and the Will guys, they made me feel at ease and it is so good to know that everything is now in place for us , though hopefully we won't need the will for many, many years to come.

I was really apprehensive about doing my will, following the recent passing of my husband. However Gill Hogg at The Will Guys was really friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and put me at ease from the offset.
