I wanted a Will to be sorted out due to family difficulties and Max went through everything with me and it is exactly how I want it. He also sorted out insurance so if anything did happen my mortgage would be paid and my family wouldn't be impacted. Everything has been prompt and everyone I spoke to was really friendly, and I have recommended them to other people at work

I had contacted Vicky Gray about making a will over a year ago but had not been able to follow it up at the time. It was good to see that she recalled this when I met her during my initial consultation when I used the Will Guys via Gateshead Council's employee offer.
Throughout the discussions she made everything clear and explained legal terms in plain language. All communication was friendly, quick and efficient, which made the entire process easy and straightforward.
