I had a CCJ removed successfully and very smoothly after a long and stressful experience.

The CCJ had been issued by an energy company who claimed I owed money from a previous rental property, even though I had paid what I believed I owed at the time. The situation became increasingly confusing when the company began sending bills in my daughter’s name and using several different account numbers.

After two years of trying to resolve the matter directly with the energy company, I discovered that a CCJ had been placed against me. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to seek professional help.
