Multiple delays, minimal responsibility from company

Honestly, I’m such a patient person but this is ridiculous and the fact I’m not the only one having the SAME issue makes it apparent they have some kind of problem they aren’t sorting as a company. My husband ordered a baby rocker on April 8th, with an estimated delivery date of April 25th. That day came and went, no updates, no correspondence from them, nothing. So we reached out twice and got a response with a new ship date. Tracking never updated, ship date came and went, still nothing. We reach out again and this same cycle has repeated 3-4 times, offering a 10% discount we originally took hoping it might ship that time but they are now saying they HOPE it will ship by the week of 6/12. To top it off the product has completely vanished off their website so I’m not so sure I’ll ever receive it from them. The thing is, there’s kind of a timeline on having a baby I can only wait so long before just getting my money back and hoping I’ll get the product in time from another retailer. I see them blaming random shortages, or passing the buck onto other parts of the supply chain not only for my order but for many other complaints over the years. at some point a company has to take responsibility for their issues. Not sure if I plan to keep waiting or just give up and refund at this point. Even in the heat of Covid supply chain issues I’ve never experienced this much of a delay from anywhere.

Never received item & poor customer service!

I ordered an item on April 1 for my daughter's baby shower. It is now May 10 and I still do not have the item. It is a baby seat/rocker and the baby is arriving next week! I have messaged them four times. It usually takes several days to get a response. They keep changing the delivery date of the item, but the delivery dates come and go, and still no product! I sent them a message today and asked for a full refund (they've had my money since April 1) so I can purchase something different from Amazon and have it in a few days. Their customer service is RIDICULOUS! I can not find a phone number anywhere on their website, so all communication is through email. I will not use this website again and do not recommend ordering anything from this business.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, stay away. They don’t care about the customer at all and will ignore your emails. WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!!! There are so many other options out there, stay away!!

Not only does The Tot have a beautiful collection of all things baby, but the customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a problem with an order being shipped and customer service had the problem resolved in no time. We will be happily placing many more orders with The Tot!

Wrong Doll Shipped. Confusing Correspondence.

We ordered a Mia Heartwood doll for our baby-loving 18mo. I got an email confirming the order, then heard nothing for a while. Then there was an enormous box on our porch. We opened it and found the other doll, Ella, not the one we ordered. This Ella also had some discoloration (grey skin), so I'm not sure if this is even an Ecobaby doll or some knock-off? But THEN we received an email two days later telling us the Mia doll was "shipped and on its way." In the email was a picture of the Mia doll. I was very confused. The tracking number provided? It was for the order delivered, with the wrong doll. I'm not sure if this is the result of using The Tot, as opposed to ordering from Ecobaby Dolls website directly, and I didn't verify if this is an actual seller of Ecobaby Dolls (which may explain why the doll sent to us looks different from the models on the website), but buyer's remorse, I guess.

Customer service is great!

I received a sleep sack that had a faulty zipper. I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded with an offer to replace or refund the item. I requested a replacement. The replacement was then lost in the mail. I reached back out to customer service and they quickly resent another replacement. I have been very pleased with their customer service which can make or break a company, in my opinion.

Great service

The ottoman I bought had a scratch on it and I emailed the team. They offered me a return or discount to keep it. I took the discount. Very quick response and fixed my issue. Also, the Babyletto Ottoman is awesome…lots of storage and really beautiful for our nursery!

I’ve loved their products and conscious…

I’ve loved their products and conscious choices for kids for a while now, but even more so after interacting with their customer service. We always point grandparents and others to their store for gifts so we don’t have to think twice about quality!

Broken product…little help

My son asked for a cash register for Christmas, so I ordered the wonder & wise cash register from the tot. When it arrived, the front drawer was broken off, making it impossible to open the register. I expected better quality, considering it was around $64 with shipping. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with wonder & wise products. Customer service did get back to me within three business days, but they just pushed my complaint to someone else. I also wrote a poor review for the product on their website and it was never published…hmmmm.

Dazzling Customer Service

Such charming merchandise! I was so dazzled by the products that I forgot to apply the 10% discount for signing up for Tot emails. So I emailed customer service and they promptly applied the 10% to my purchase and kindly updated me frequently. Kinda love this company!

Order it someplace else!

I ordered some thing that was delivered to an entirely different state. Trying to get a refund is close to impossible. They need to have a phone number that someone actually answers because the emails are getting misunderstood.

BOYCOTT THE TOT
We spent over $1000 on various items one of them a ‘natural’ table. The table came with the wrong parts. They required photos to return the table when I sent the photos they said they would send the correct parts or I would need to pay ship it back. The shipping was $120. The ‘natural’ table was completely unfinished and required the buyer to finish it themselves which was not noted on the website. Working with customer service was a nightmare. They were completely unhelpful.

great experience with The Tot

I had a great experience with The Tot! It looks like they’ve taken steps to increase their service team in order to deal with higher demand. I bought the Little Partners Learning Tower and it came perfectly packaged, everything new and many directions to get assembly help if needed. Order arrived in less than 2 weeks from the US. They even sent back a 10% discount because I initially couldn’t enter the promo code online when I first bought the item.

Very happy with customer service and product. Many thanks again :)

Shop elsewhere with better customer service…

Not the best or most understanding customer service. I bought something from them on Saturday. By Friday (6 days later) they offered the same product for 50% off. The item had not even been delivered yet. When I asked if they could credit me the difference, due to how soon it had been since I had ordered, they said they would not. I prefer to shop at a company with better customer values.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I'm very disappointed. I sent them 4 requests and not responded once. I will not order from this company again. Very, very bad customer service. They do not respond to any messages and do not call you. When I call the number on the website, it goes straight to a busy signal. Rating this company a 0.

Wish I had read the reviews

Wish I had read the reviews. Having same issue as others with no response when inquiring why item has not shipped. Encourage everyone to send email to the Federal Trade Commission about this vendor. They need to be monitored & either perform or put out of business.
