Business owner scammed me and wont pay amount im owed .
I sold some items thru the owner of tattoomemorabilia.com. I sent last item on sept 23rd 2025 and he has not paid me $487.49 of what he owes me. He was never allowed to owe me money like this or for this long. He ensured me his business was legit and id have no worries of him scamming me . I have all the proof of what owed and he tried to originally claim I owed him and then he finally admits he owes me but only stating owes me $191.66 which is not correct . But even so he has still not even paid me that amount either . He gives you a spreadsheet with all items you sold and all payments are via Wise account so its super easy to see what you should have been paid vs what you were actually paid . So him claiming anything diff is nothing more than a lie to try and not pay you. The buyers recieved their items I sent and he recieved his 10% for everything and now I don't get paid for item sent and also out the money it cost to ship it. He stole $487.49 from me by not paying me . I have all the tracking receipts of proof everything was sent and he tried claiming one person didnt recieve item so I reached out to them and they did recieve it and I sent him that message proving that and they also emailed him and let him know but he says not a word after that info and still claiming doesn't owe me correct amount. He is a scammer and a business I wish I never trusted . He was rude many times and would talk down to me but i always responded by being polite. He had me wasting my time looking for item that told sold but was actually a diff sellers item . He listed wrong information about items and blamed me and when I sent him email of proof I did in fact tell him correct info he never would say sorry or anything about it. He failed to send on the tracking info to a customer that I had sent him like told to do . He would yell at me for not sending an item fast enough but ignore my messages telling him why couldn't send and just was waiting on his response to know info needed to be able to send it. Every time I sold something I had to asked to get paid sometimes repeatedly even thou he stated I'd get paid right away. He was not good to work with so I politely let him know I thought best we not work together any longer and after I said that is when he decided he was going to not pay me for last things sent .
It is illegal and very sad as these items I sold were my dads who died that ment alot to me but I needed the money so I trusted his business to sell them thru which was a mistake . If was able to load pictures I'd show all the proof of amount he owes me which any person can figure out by adding and subtracting his lists . So to state he doesn't owe me amount is a lie. And again even the incorrect amount he actually admits to owing me he has not made any attempt to pay me that either. Its been 18 days since last item I sent . And its been 8 days since I brought this to his attention . He is well aware he owes me money and he is choosing to just not pay me .
