The Thomas Family of Palm Beach is a FRAUDULENT company. The family doesn’t exist. It’s just made up by a China based company. Everything pictured is beautiful and looks like great quality and pricing is reasonable, but beware!!! You will receive an item that resembles what you ordered but not at all the quality of what’s pictured.
They will not refund my money for the garbage they sent.
My biggest concern is how they deceived us, the customer with their misleading or should I say scam of a fictitious, family, and business out of Palm Beach, Florida that doesn’t even exist. How sick. But then again that’s China for you. BEWARE Don’t fall for it!! Please do your research.

I ordered a jacket according to the size information that was provided it was not just a little snug. It looked like it was made for a child. The fabric looks nothing like what is pictured on Facebook and in their ads. When I wanted to return it, I was told that that wasn't possible, but that I could pay for shipping on another item. The customer service is a joke. Seriously, please don't order anything from these people. It is a total fraud. The items they sell for over $50 probably cost less than five dollars to make.

COLOR WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED THEY SAID LOOKS DIFFERENT IN THE PROPER LIGHT. BS
WANTED TO STILL RETURN.

What, no zero stars??. This is obviously a scam site. The jacket I ordered didn’t look anything like the picture on their website. The Thomas family of Palm Beach was recently registered in August 2026, not 22 years ago. Everything came from China. It was hideous. This was the ugliest garment I have ever paid money for. I’m requesting a full refund from my Visa card. Do not do business with them

I ordered 2 shirts 2 weeks ago. I recd a "shipping notice" a few days later. But there was no actual tracking. Like what carrier ( UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) was used and what is the tracking number. I sent an email asking for thst info and did not get a reply. No communication since. I think I was scammed!

LOUSY SITE! I paid $64 for a hazelnut colored sweater on 9/27. On 10/8 it arrived in a ball of tape and cut up envelope. Literally balled up. AND IT WAS AN UGLY BLACK BLACKsweater.
What a waste of money and getting an ugly sweater presented in an ugly package!

Is there a NO STAR rating? ordered two jackets - they came NOT like the picture as far as quality. This material that is photo printed on one side - weird. Probably Chinese sweat shop material. asked for a return - according to the website - they offer returns. they had me take pictures of the jackets and inside tag. Came back and offered me more clothes at 15 a pop! NO REFUND - i looked up reviews and sure enough - this place is tagged as a red flag scam site.

There is no tracking information provided and responses to emails state they understand the frustration. A few weeks to receive something supposedly from Palm Beach??? When I inquired where the clothing is made and where is it shipped from there is no response. They show the company registered in Wyoming not Palm Beach. Who.knows when I will be receiving my order, which will be too late to give as the gift it was intended for and I had to purchase something else. Buyer beware - scam

The delivered item does not resemble AT ALL the apparently AI generated presentation on the "company" site. The cardigan came rolled up in a small tube, very wrinkled. The shape did not resemble the one the item was advertised, and the used yearn was a cheap imitation of the fabric it claimed to be made of. The front-page picture of Thomas Family - Palm Beach with the 2 generations of a family owner on it is nothing else but a deceptive marketing tactic. The ad claims that the online women's clothing boutique has been a long-standing family business with over 22 years of history. In fact, the domain records show that the website's specific domain (thethomasfamilypalmbeach.com) was registered in late August 2026. Unfortunately, I checked the vendor when I received the fake imitation and tried to return the item. The information I was given by the customer support only proved that the return will be a very lengthily with the unknown outcome to me process. A few years ago, I had a similar problem and only the credit card I used for the purchase helped me to recover my money.  The office address @ 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801 is a fake address used by all sorts of scammers that I checked now at malwartips.

Bought what was to be expected a beautiful blue sweater with large gold hardware. The sweater is poorly made with pulls and the hardware is pins not buttons . I endeavored to contact them 5 times and my email was given a 15% off coupon after I sent many pictures. This is very upsetting. Marketing themselves as a “Palm Beach store” I wish I did my homework before the purchase. As it was documented by another consumer the package was poor and the time arrival is weeks after purchase. I want to return this item as stated on their website but phone number no one answers and email no one replies.

Great service and lovely cardigans

I bought two cardigans for my mother, and she loves them! The service was great, especially Jean from customer support, who was friendly and quick to respond. Big kudos to her!

It is white under the dark material. This is a scam, i wouldn’t pay 10. In a store let alone even look at it. What a joke and they are the ones laughing all the way to the bank! Sick they have a business.

Very disappointing experience with Thomas Family West Palm. The garment arrived with no labels whatsoever, which immediately makes it look cheap and unfinished. This is particularly disappointing if you are purchasing an item as a gift, as the lack of any brand or garment label makes the product feel inappropriate for gifting.

The package also took several weeks to arrive, and the packaging did not give the impression that the merchandise was coming from a domestic U.S. retailer. Instead, it was packaged in a way commonly associated with inexpensive products shipped directly from overseas.

Consumers should be aware of this before ordering. Based on the presentation, packaging, lengthy delivery time, and complete lack of garment labels, the products did not meet the expectations I had when purchasing from a business presented as “Thomas Family West Palm.”

Ordered online. Good.. no complaints, only transit time was long. Could be better.
