Sorry that I cannot give 0 stars. My elderly mother purchased a jacket. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture in the ad and was of poor quality. The fabric was printed to look like embroidery.i have pictures of the posting and 3 pictures of the garment received. She contacted the vendor who has offered 50% off the price or return to China...shipping far more expensive than the $65 she spent on the jacket. Deceptive advertising and scam business. Buyer beware!

The product was poorly made and not what was shown on pictures. A store was pictured with a family standing on front of it. I saw a note where ALL of this was fake
Disgusted with what I paid for and what I received, all a scam!!

I just got duped also by this fake company. I ordered two of the ruffled jackets that I thought were made of denim. Instead they are made odd some kind of thin polyester type of material, they are irregular in size and short. I thought I had done a pretty good job in researching the Thomas website but clearly, I didn’t. They are offering me a 30% refund and just keep the jackets. That means I loose 70% of my money. If I send them back to China it will cost me about $40. I’m fighting this through my credit card company instead. Don’t know if I’ll have any luck going this route, but I’m going to keep fighting with them. I’m so pissed, I should have done better research!!

Scam. The items are not as advertised on the website. Shipped from China in a plastic bag wrapped in packing tape with no return label. Wrong size, wrong color sweater, synthetic material and no buttons. The buttons were pins positioned to hold the two sides together.
Return offer was 20% to save me the trouble and expense of shipping it back overseas! Absolutely ridiculous scam.

Don't order clothing from this company! The fabric is so cheap that I wouldn't even put it on my dog! Shame on me for not researching this fraudulent company from China, not Palm Beach!!!!

I bought the Lois Boho Ruffled Jacket. The pictures look like the jacket has embroidered details giving the jacket dimension. It looks like it is made of heavier jacket material. What came was a thin blouse style not a jacket with a printed pattern and ruffles that look cheap. Not something I would want to wear. Lesson learned. Look at Trustpilot before I buy from an unknown company.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Ordered the Lola jacket which was supposed to be “embroidered” fabric. First of all it took forever to get to me. It came folded in a little package smaller than a piece of paper. Needless to say, completely wrinkled and the fabric is so thin, without a lining. The fabric is absolutely NOT embroidered! It is piece of garbage flimsy material like those old fashioned Halloween costumes we got as kids. And so small it wouldn’t fit a kid. What an absolutely fraudulent company. I paid $60.00 for a piece of garbage. I emailed them immediately with pictures to show them. Ignored that for a few days, so I emailed them over and over. Then they emailed me asking for pictures, which were in the original email. So I sent them yet again. Then they wanted a picture of the tag in the jacket. There is no tag, so I had to send them a picture of the tag less jacket. Still ignoring me. Tried contacting them by phone and when you go to leave a message, it cuts you off after a few seconds. Beware!! Do not order anything from this so called family business out of Florida. That’s pure BS, the crap merchandise came from China! Also reporting them to the better business bureau.

product shipped was flimsy, and cheap looking...however, it was expensive. Trying to return has not been "simple" as advertised. I think I will just donate the item to a resale/goodwill.

Ordered a Hobo Jacket. What I received was NOT a jacket. Plus the material was cheap and mystery crap fabric from China. They advertise company out of Palm Beach and located in Boca Raton Florida. No one in Boca Raton would wear this crap. They did offer me a full credit after I sent photos of what I received. Stay away from this company. They prefer sending you horrible crap from China and they do not admit it.

The quality of the sweater is thin, pin on buttons, and has a snag on the sleeve. I will never wear it in public.. it's that bad. A replacement would cost shipping of 15.00. They won't get another cent of my money. Don't fall for the scam

DO NOT ORDER!!!! It is a scam! What showed up was a paper material jacket and they DO not take them back as advertised... I dont know how this site is even up and running?!

Cheaply made clothes, bad workmanship. The large buttons on the sweater are PINNED on, no buttonholes and it hangs unevenly .The Boho "jacket" is a thin blouse with WHITE underlay. There is NO embroidery. Impossible to send back.

This company is a complete fraud. It misrepresents itself as a U.S. company from its name - The Thomas Family Palm Beach - to its Wyoming address listed in its website.

I purchased two sweaters that look absolutely nothing like those in the ad that I purchased, and were extremely poor quality.

The company has created a huge barrier for returns. The customer must pay for shipping and return the merchandise to China, intentionally making a return/refund transaction cost prohibitive for the customer.

Stay away from this business unless you don’t mind be scammed.

Another FB scam, company is out of China and it is a lengthy return process. The colors were way off on both items. My oversized cardigan had pins, not buttons. The mocha coat looked like army green vomit. Both were undersized, especially around the bust.
I have emailed these people times regarding the return. I received the items a few days ago (and I think that they were shipped on a slow boat from China, yet I had to send pictures, with the size showing, of the items. I keep saying I want a refund but they keep making offers on an exchange. And still I will be charged about $15 for processing for each item returned.

BEWARE company advertises a “30 day money back guarantee with hassle free returns.”They list their address in Wyoming. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reported this is an address used for scams. They say they are a “US based company which operates several stores across the country.”All false. China based. Their tracking does not reveal where product is coming from. They do not answer Palm Beach phone. Received a product that was too small and quality was not as depicted in ad. They asked me to photograph myself with the product on and to verify it was too small. I did. Kept on offering me 10% credit, then 20% then provided an address to return to China with a cost to ship that exceeds the cost of item. Many customers have reported they never received credits or promised replacements. Cannot trust the integrity of this company. Lesson learned. Verify all information about a company and research fully before purchasing.

I ordered the Lois jacket, it is nice and overall it looks good but the fit was really small. I reached out to their customer support, which informed me that the larger sizes are out of stock.. so I couldn't get a larger size. A little disappointed because it really is a nice jacket.

Highly recommend shopping with the Thomas Family. Jennifer answered all my questions, I got anxious because my order showed 'info received' for quite some time, but she assured me and kept me updated throughout. Very helpful and kind. Thank you Jennifer!

This is a scam website direct from China. Child size ill made garment. Must pay shipping to China for return, which cost more than the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

This company is a sham. I ordered what looked like a cute olive green jacket from The Thomas Family in Palm Beach.
1. The fabric shown was embellished, however, it was just printed. No embellishment.
2. I used their sizing guide and the jacket was made for a child.
3. The jacket appeared to be lined in the same fabric. There was no lining. It was just the reverse side of the fabric which was stark white.
4 several seams were slightly open showing the white stitching
5. The company says Palm Beach but it’s in CHINA. When trying to return, they instructed me to send it to China at my expense.
This company is a total scam!
Their website makes it look like a family business. To get in touch with them they show a phone number. That phone number does not answer.

Like everyone else on this site, this was a totally bad experience. I ordered a coat and a "jacket" that did not look at all like the pictures. It did not fit--bottom of "jacket" was waist high instead of hip length as shown. The price was $59.95. I contacted them and they offered 10% price reduction which I replied was ridiculous! They then offered 20% off and to ship another larger size. After seeing the quality and I said I just wanted my $ back. They told me it would cost an additional $14.95 shipping and handling to return.
I told them I wanted a complete refund and I would mail the item back my self and asked for the return address. They sent me an address in China to return item to. This is a complete misrepresentation of who they are--not from Palm Beach with pictures Caucasian people, but a company in China! I will call my credit card and ask them to settle this for me for the complete value of my order. I notice several other "companies" offering exactly the same merchandise. Don't buy from any of them! There is NO customer service and NO refunds. This is a
scam! Also, I have printed my e-mailed and their answers. Their communication is al A-I--not people.
