Easy to use, I've noticed a reduction in sensitivity and redness, which i hope will stop the receeding. Id recommend this product.

At first the whole concept sounded like skincare technology moved into oral care which is basically what interested me. I read through the background before buying instead of ordering immediately. The routine itself couldn’t be much simpler.

Can't comment about the product, but the customer service is received was excellent

Let me preface this by saying, my unit broke within two weeks but they DID eventually provide a full refund after many calls and emails. That having been said, my overall experience was not great.

Ships from China. Instructions reflect a lack of English comprehension, plus doesn't explain anything at all (in fact it interjects more question than answers if you read the four sentences). For example, it talks about using modes, but there are no modes...Only one 10 minute light cycle. No information on charging, cleaning, or usage is included that may be pertinent.

No charging indicator light. Non standard, magnetic charging connector. I don't think my unit was charging, not sure. A standard charging port would be a real neat idea, or at the very least, include an appropriate power brick.

Purchasing...I received multiple emails to "complete my order before it was too late", but I had already paid. It took a call to the company to know I had successfully ordered the product online. There was no up front confirmation, in fact, they try to sell you something else by throwing a long video in your face after you have already paid..so email confirmation did not arrive because I chose not to sit through their sell video. They charged me anyway. This did not feel good.

Power switch is weird. Sometimes won't turn on (you have to hold the button for some seconds). However, the switch is super sensitive to turning off, and just a gentle random touch anywhere will instantly turn it off. Annoying to put in the mouth when it is constantly trying to turn itself off. There obviously is no product testing going on here.

But does it actually do what they claim for your gums? I would say its probably snake oil, based on the shaky experience I've had....this product looks just like the Amazon "knockoff" products, yet Oralux tells you to stay away from knockoffs.

Gumrevive is also a cheap Chinese made product. So....Which is a knockoff? Do any of them work? So far, after a couple weeks, I have noticed absolutely nothing other than my time wasted fumbling around with a cheap product that stopped working after a couple weeks.

The customer service I received from Sofia was top notch. She took care of my issue promptly and she updated me through every step. Thank you for going out of your way to resolve my issue Sofia. I appreciate taking care of me.

I was skeptical....Soooo, here I Am investing in my Smile and Esteem....The product is Sturdy and I look forward to beautiful results smiling naturally again.

I was researching what gum grafts can cost and ended up finding this. I’m not expecting an at home device to replace professional treatment when it’s needed but I liked having another option to discuss and use as part of my routine before going down a more involved road.

Finally received the GumRivive after much delay and there is isn't a charge cord included to recharge it. The actual product seems to be as described but I really haven't been able to use it since receiving it just a few days ago and if I can't recharge it what's the point. I might return it because of that fact. It could use more info in the packaging also.

Product came very fast . Easy to use Only used it 3 times so far hoping to see results soon .

I tried to find out how to return my order and was given the run around. My device did not come with a battery and I don't want it.

Ten minutes sounded almost too simple but that’s exactly why I’ve actually kept using it. I put it in while I fold laundry or scroll through my phone and it switches itself off when the session is done.

Had a shipping question and got a useful reply instead of a canned answer. My order showed up two days later.

My brother is a big believer in prevention and sent me the link after we were talking about how much dental work can cost. I thought the collagen explanation was interesting and ordered one a few days later. It has been easy enough that I haven’t missed many sessions.

Red light therapy is a game changer for my gum health. I love the product! I had a similar product before but this is far better.

I was nervous the mouthpiece would feel huge because I have a fairly small mouth. It took me a session or two to get used to it but now I barely think about it. The hands free design makes a difference.

Once I'm able to get it to turn on, I like the product. The button is very tempramental. Sometimes it goes on without me touching the button. Other times it won't go on no matter how light or hard I press it! Very frustrating. Not sure if it's doing my gums any good, but it's only been a couple weeks.

being able to maintain dental care in a new way, its so easy to start the process while doing other thing. I don't have to wait to do other things.
