Moi j’ai acheté se produit et que tu achètes se produit il t abonne automatiquement sa veut dire il envoie le produit a chaque mois et t facture a chaque mois mes qu’en tu veux canceller ses abonnement tu dois abonné et te désabonner je les fait et envoyer des message pas u de remboursement et pas de suivi non plus

I ordered one pot of their product. My dog would not eat it. I told them so.
The next email said I had subscribed and the next order was on its way. I tried to ring them, no joy. I tried to email them, No joy, Tried to use their CHATBOT, no joy.
I believe their service is the pits and will not ever recommend them or use them again. IT is impossible to cancel a subscription on the site, despite it stating that I can cancel my subscription.

The product did nothing for my dog. Waste of time and $ They continue to send product and charge my credit card .I was on hold for for over 130 minutes before they hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a company!!!

Absolutely terrible Customer Service
No one responds period..
Billed Jan 3rd for the Product, never received it.
Tracking indicts It never made it to the Shipping company. So atm we are out$ 67.00. Contacting Credit Card Company

. I accidentally was drawn into a subscription which Ive been trying to cancel for over a month. I’ve received one order which I won’t use and another is on the way. The only way to cancel a subscription is to sign up for an account which I’ve been trying to do for a month and get the same “oops” message. My emails are answered by auto response and the phone # is useless - I’ve spent many minutes on hold and have left my number with no return call.

UPDATE:
I was finally able to speak with agent Bjay and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. It took a while to contact, but am very satisfied with the outcome.
It took a very long time to try and cancel a subscription and all you can talk/contact is an AI assistant and no verification that my subscription is/was cancelled. A very difficult company to deal with.
I received a reply but without any information on how and/or where to provide my information. When I try to login in the customer portal and login info, I get the following msg. "Oops! Something went wrong.
Please go back to the previous page and try again. If the problem persists, contact support." It seems like my account and/or login has been deleted or removed.

This company gives you difficulties if you donot have your customer number to cancel your subscription. They state that you have to give them your customer number but if you donot have it, it amazes me that they cannot get it or cannot find or give it to you!!!. Yet, they bill you. There should be a better way. I had to go through hoops… Finally the membership was cancelled…

In short: This product alleviated my dog's allergy symptoms and I recommend it!
More context: As my dog aged he needed a specialized diet due to liver failure. I'm not sure if it was the food or something else, but he started experiencing itching and skin irritation, sometimes rashes / hot spots. He was constantly licking, which drove both of us insane. I was desperate to find something that would help alleviate his discomfort and tried a number of other things, but nothing worked long term, so I figured it would be worth giving this product a shot. I was shocked that, within a week, all of his itching and licking stopped! He was an 80 lb German Shepherd / Husky mix, and I started him on one chewable tablet a day for a week to reduce the risk of stomach upset / GI complications. After a week with no issue, I upped his dose to 2 tablets. I did not observe any complications with any of his other medications or conditions after starting these tablets and he continued to have allergy relief until it was his time to pass due to liver failure and osteoarthritis complications.
I've seen some reviewers comment about difficulty using the website and managing their subscription, but I didn't have any of the same issues. I created an account when I started my first subscription, could log in to change my subscription settings, and was also able to cancel my subscription immediately when my dog passed away.

It was quick shipping and arrival. I changed my Mia’s joint meds to PetLab as it seemed like her old ones just were not working anymore. They were twice the cost and took forever to get here. My Kilo has been taking PetLab probiotics for a year now and oh my lord how they have changed his life!! And they still work on him! So I chose to change Mia to PetLab’s joint medicine. I am very hopeful with thePetLab brand.

I only had a problem with one delivery where two of the bottles were lost in delivery. PetLab Co replaced them immediately. I've been a customer for over two years and never had a problem with delivery. It is so easy to reschedule.

I had a product in my cart. I do NOT order it!!! Suddenly I have an email saying that my order is on its way. I emailed them immediately and told them that I would send back their product as soon as I got it and wanted a full refund. AI answered me only asking for my info on my account. In 3 emails. The last I got was thay someone would be in touch. Well no one has "been in touch". I dont know what to do when it arrives. I dont want to be out of my money and product. I am so very pissed off !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
