I visited the shop in Islington before Christmas. I loved the prints on the furniture, but hadn’t planned to buy anything. Luckily we saw an item on sale for a very reduced price, so bought and took home. The staff were incredibly friendly and chatty and helped us with the sale even though it was reduced. When we got the items home, they fit in so nicely and were so comfy that we bought another matching sofa full price! They’re really sturdy items, but look elegant and are really supportive when you sit on them. Our animals also love them and they’re really easy to clean

Great experience! I've spent days browsing different stores and Lounge Co had some of the best couches combining style and comfort, at a great value.
I ended up going to the Islington store 4 times and each time was greeted by the team in the best way possible (shoutout to Momo, Paulina, and the rest).
Ended up ordering a Rose 3-seater and got the delivery pretty smoothly. So far pretty happy.

Sofa was ordered online and initial queries were promptly answered. Delivery was made within the expected time frame. The sofa is lovely and my only minor criticism is that the foam cushions are not as firm as I expected with one of the seat cushions feeling quite a bit softer than the other one even though I keep rotating them.

The whole purchase process was good, the communication was clear and also the delivery was on the exact time they said it would be.
The sofa’s quality is excellent and it’s so cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

The worst experience with a company ever. We were delivered a faulty sofa which is yet to to be fixed 4 months later. We waited 5 months instead of 5 weeks for the delivery and we still don’t have a product which works. It’s dangerous to use as a sofa bed and after all of these months of getting nowhere we’ve decided we’ll have to buy something elsewhere. The staff are lovely in store but the process and hassle with the company is definitely not worth the headache. I would avoid at all costs!

Great customer service from beginning to end both in the Chiswick store, arranging delivery and the actual delivery. The sofas were too big for our main entrance but delivery guys persevered and we got them in after a lot of effort! A big thank you!

We had a difficult situation as the delivery was required before Christmas and there were a few problems but they were well managed by the staff.

In fact she ignored us. As we were walking around, noone offered to help us, despite offering other customers help. When we decided to leave after looking around, we said goodbye, which was again met by a blank disinterested stare by both sales assistants. I won't be buying from them.

The experience at the store was fabulous, I can't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was wonderful. HOWEVER the delivery experience goes down as the worst I have ever experienced I am planning on writing a proper review for this but still minor PTSD, whatever company you are using STOP. The men that came where so rude and if I am to completely honest looking for any excuse to not deliver, when I spoke to them on the phone and I said it is a tricky road to park, he replied "well then this will be a problem." When he arrived I said I've arranged for my neighbour to move his SUV for you right outside he said "you will have to arrange for another day." My neighbour said he will block the road so they can carry the sofa on to the street and then fit in the space. Finally they agreed. When I showed them my old sofa, "we can't take it as it was dismantled" I wrongly assumed this is part of what i paid for....so they watched me take it apart. You have to remember I had been waiting for this sofa and so excited for it to arrive before xmas. As two large men watched me on my hands and knees take apart the sofa they sniffed at the stairs and the other delivery route i showed them and then said "it can't get in here" THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT to even try. So long painful story short they left the sofa in my neighbours house and me and him took it into the property. Under duress they made me sign a form saying all was ok but to be honest I thought they were pathetic and I was proving to them that everything could be done. LAZY LAZY LAZY. I am sure they drive round delivering as few sofas as possible. Ruined my entire experience of Loungeco. And I will be publishing this review elsewhere.
