My kefir grains haven’t grown after 2.5…
My kefir grains haven’t grown after 2.5 weeks. I’ve followed the instructions given, used the kefir food provided and my house is normally 23-26 degrees. I’ve also tried with raw organic sugar and 1T of rapadura sugar. It wasn’t communicated that the grains would be dehydrated when they arrived. I’ll be looking for fresh grains to try. Otherwise the shipping was fast and the other products in the kit we’re great.

Arrived really promptly. Have tried one of the flavours so far but am sure they will all be good. Found it quite a bit more potent than my plain water kefir so have pegged back the starting amount/dose a bit.

Kefir sparkling juice
Really good product, I like that there is not a lot of sugar in it and I could feel a difference in my tummy after 1 drink.

I only received half my order and no instructions
I only received half my order.
Some brief instructions in the box would have been good.
The tape round the box said keep chilled so I put all the bottles in the fridge.
I googled to find instructions to find the 3 plastic bottles should have been put in the freezer.
I don’t know now if my kit is ruined
