Highly recommend. Its hard to get Air dried raw in UK. There are some companies that import from EU but The Innocent Hound is UK sourced foods which really appeals to me. My girl is a raw diet girl but I wanted another option for when I travel or have to be away and my girl stays with family who aren't keen on handling the raw stuff. I looked into air dried throughly before a sample try and I was impressed at how nutritious and healthy air dried is, its the same as raw in fact. My girl took to the air dried immediately and she is a picky fussy eater. I have since purchased a box and intend on ordering another. This is a truly great alternative for people who aren't keen on raw feeding, great for people who travel with their 4 paws when raw feeding is difficult due to the needed freezing. I have to say, the packaging presentation is a marketer dream also. From the box to the reseal bag inside, it fits perfectly in the cupboard, very neat. - To add, the venison sausages treats did not last long, my girl was hooked from the 1st taste. My 1st real order arrived the next day another bonus. I am spreading the word.

These sausage slices make great training treats, they can be broken into very small pieces and are semi moist. My dog loves them. Well done!

Always wonderful such a lovely company perfect products

I've had my dog on Innocent Hound for less than two years. In that time they have raised the subscription price three times. I appreciate that the food is high quality, but I would much prefer they ditch overnight shipping, stop using fancy tissue paper and stickers to wrap treats (why?) and save that way. Or even give us a more detailed explanation of what specifically is behind the price increases. If this is because they're giving their staff raises I'd feel a lot better than if it's just to increase profits. My dog loves this food but I'm starting to feel taken advantage of.

I ordered yesterday and it arrived today. Brilliant service, I was very impressed. I've been feeding raw but I love the ease of feeding this freeze dried product. The doggies love it too and I have a lot more freezer space.

This is an occasional purchase for us because it's our dog's secondary food. But every time I've purchased I've had excellent service and fast delivery.

Really helpful, professional and efficient service - I have bought several antler products for my little Frenchie recently who, despite being small in stature, has a formidable capacity for chewing and absolutely nothing else stands up to him! Can very much recommend.

I have a 5 month old cavapoo who was on kibble from his breeder. I was recommended this food from a friend and I liked the idea it was as good as raw food but without the hassle!
I have had to speak to them a few times to make changes to my subscription and each time they have been extremely friendly and helpful.Also the delivery time is amazing!Last but not least my puppy loves it and I feel I’m doing the right thing despite it being quite expensive.

I have been feeding my dog with this high-end food for almost two years now.
Her health, coat, stool, and appetite have been great since we started with the air-dried food.
Even after two years, she is still very excited to have her meal, and every time we receive the parcel with the goodies she asks for something right away.

On the two occasions I had to contact customer services they were efficient, fast, and friendly - 10/10 for them.
in addition, the hand-written notes on the packages give a nice touch of care and I love them.

Ordered on Wednesday evening and arrived Friday. All of the products are excellent quality which my dog loves.
The Neem & Lemon Balm flea repellent treats should be great as the weather gets warmer for reducing the need to use chemicals on my dog.

I was having a trip in Harrogate and was in a pet shop that sold your treats I bought some and my dog loved them. This led me to look at your website and saw the main meal food, I thought I would try some samples.

These arrived a couple of days ago and my dog who is normally very fussy with food and often doesn’t eat his food, or takes hours to eat it, is literally obsessed with your food! Anytime I go near the pouches he’s straight in the kitchen by my feet desperate for it 🙈 then when I go to walk in other room to give it to him he’s running beside me so excited, he normally only does that if I give him “real” food eg chicken or a roast etc

He’s so my dog preferring luxuries I just wish it wasn’t as expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.It’s also nice to see him enjoy something so much. I am hoping he doesn’t get bored of it but by the look of things I can’t see it lol
