My two mini schnauzers
My two mini schnauzers, love innocent hound. Tried them on tbe treats first them the food, they cant get enough. Do also give them different dog.

Brilliant dog food and company!
The food is brilliant for my two dogs they both love it and they are thriving on it (I have a GSP and a Sprocker).
Also must say customer service is amazing, i often need my subscription sent earlier and I email them and they dispatch same day and super responsive!

Love innocent hound
Love innocent hound, we use their air dried food and treats. My dogs are in great condition and our park dog friends are certainly keen on having some of the treats.

I have just returned to my subscription, having lost my Lurcher earlier this year. I now have a new kid on the block and he loves this food. Restarting the subscription was easy and delivery was really quick.

I have a monthly subscription for Archies treats, his absolute favourite, he is very fussy and picky, so we are very happy, delivery is very fast, you can change the delivery times online, very efficient. My neighbour dogs also love it😉

My very fussy dog loves these treats. They are quite expensive but at least I'm not throwing treats away anymore. The delivery service is also excellent and arrives very quickly.

Easy repeat subscription. Arrives on time. Easy to change order if needed. Food seems good quality. My dog with lots off allergies and health issues loves it and it suits his needs. It has taken us ages to find a food that suits him.

Pros and cons
Pros: raw/air dried, some wild meat, quick delivery, good packaging.
Cons: 10% glycerol in the formulation (carb/sugar) definitely isn't ideal. I have a Burmese cat and they are susceptible to diabetes. Would much prefer the majority of ingredients to be those available in the wild.

I am sorry you would prefer our food not to contain glycerol. Glycerol levels vary between products depending on the recipe and are between 6% and 10% before the drying process. Our glycerol is derived 100% from rapeseed oil (no palm oil!) and this helps to give our products the semi-moist texture dogs and cats love.
It is always helpful to receive feedback from our customers, as we use this to help us consider product developments and improvements in the future.

Great product and service
I have been a customer for a few years, my dog really enjoys the food and there is a varied menu to choose from. I use the subscription service, I am easily able to pause it or change the date of the delivery. The whole process is quick, easy and efficient and any messages I send are responded to very quickly.
