As a returning customer, the products are exceptionally good, and the service is also excellent with fast delivery.

The products are i've really high quality, and with very little waste

We use the innocent held as supplementary to kibble, however, it still goes down well as a main course for our little dog.

The products do tend to last longer if refrigerated.

I would recommend the Lamb and Beef.

This is an incredibly high quality product and is worth the money. My dog is very fussy and will turn her nose up at most dog foods. This however is a firm winner, the salmon fishcakes go down very well! The service and delivery are excellent, i cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very quickly delivery and no doubt the food is of good quality. I bought from the Meadow flavour but unfortunately it didn’t agree with my Cavalier and she had a very bad tummy after eating. I did introduce gradually but when increasing the quantity it upset her stomach. Very disappointed as I wanted to give her more protein options than my other supplier has.

The dogs love the food and it's great for travelling and camping as raw food needs a freezer. I also asked for the subscription to come out on my pay day which was a service they didn't offer before. They responded to my request by reforming their processes to include the payday option which has made things so much easier. I am very happy with the service and quality of products.

The delivery is very fast, the company provide great quality food and treats that my dog just loves.

Speed in which the food was dispatched and received, it was basically the next day.

As the owner of XL Bully’s, it’s often difficult to find something for them to chew on that they won’t destroy in the first 2 minutes or that won’t harm them. There are pigs ears and hooves and rawhide, all of which can easily choke any dog. Then there are the bones, tug ropes and tyres, which are ok initially but breakdown into bits that can cause coughing and choking and much worse and then I discovered antlers!! They don’t shed, they don’t break, you can choose the size, they’re natural and fall off deer and elk at the end of the rutting season, so a win all around! I’ve bought them from a few places and it can work out to be expensive, however I discover Innocent Hound and they sent antlers that were about 2” around and at least a foot long, with chunky ends that have had the points removed. My dogs are loving them! A great price and the packaging is as if a very nice gift has arrived, in a nice box with tissue and raffia x Very very impressed with the antlers, the packaging, delivery and customer service. So, I had to tell the World!!!! Especially those who have big dogs that are heavy chewers!!!

Have not used the company directly, but have been buying their Super Boost Topper for time. My dog had stomach issues and this has really improved. My only disappointment is that the price has more than doubled so I will not be able to continue with it.

The air dried food is definitely our dog’s favourite. As are the treats. It is also the most expensive food she gets. So it is suitably rationed. But very handy to have food she loves as a treat that can be used as much as you like within food allowance.

The purpose of this review is to say how amazing Caroline in the office had been over a complicated delivery requirement. She really went above and beyond to help ensure my doggy didn't go hungry whilst on holiday in Scotland.

Received my order today and WOW! Amazing! I literally couldnt wait to review them im that impressed. When i bought the XL antler i was expecting something along the lines that you get in petsathome...No.. this thing is a beast! Its the size of my wife's femur!. My dog loves it so much he hasn't let it go, he is a Rottweiler x Lab and he is guarding this thing like its his child. I also got the antler on a rope. He has already hidden that from us for later. This company is now my supplier of my dog and cat products. To top it off, it came next day and the packaging is amazing. It comes it a lovely box (we all know how much us adults love a good box to keep around), its packaged really well inside and my dog dived in when we opened it on the floor for him as he could see and smell what it was. Do your self a favour and use this company, you will not be disappointed.

Delivery was great. Product was very nutritious. However, I own the fussiest cat in the world I do believe. She wouldn’t eat it. No reflection on the product at all. Would recommend for a “normal” cat 🤣

Great product, my dog likes it and it smells wonderful

If healthy, good food, locally sourced without the usual grain or wheat or other bulking products added, then Innocent Hound is for you. The treats or food are great, well packaged, and my dog loves them. If in doubt, try the beef and strawberry treats or the crab treats. My dog will just about do anything now for a treat.

Great service, great product.

Despite assurances you continue to send your products in multiple cardboard boxes. It seems like nothing but month after month your product produces mountains of cardboard. Even the treats are packaged in a box within a box. Reduce waste. Reduce the price. Stop sending multiple boxes with tissue and fancy packaging. It’s dog food.
