Great treats. Our dog loves them and has been trained with them from when he was a pup. All natural and great for the guts it’s an easy choice.

Awesome food! One of our dogs, Arlo, has a lot intolerances to lots of commercial ingredients/bulkers. Searched everywhere for dry food with no luck and eventually found Innocent Hound... Hurray! It’s great and just what we needed. Arlo and Marge love it, easily doubled up as treats too.

We were introduced to The Innocent Hound by my sister. Her dog has a very sensitive stomach and is limited on what he can eat. When he came to stay with us he had some of their venison treats and my own boys were very jealous and wanted some of their own. The products arrive beautifully packaged and my dogs love them. The perfect treats for training or scent games. Plus they are from Yorkshire, you don't get better than that!

I’ve used the Innocent Pet company for almost 18 months, their service is superb. We have a monthly treat box subscription which is very efficient and reliable and l always arrives beautifully packed.

This is one of those situations where I only wish there was some way to differentiate between those companies who are excellent in what they do and those who deserve special recognition, those who stand out from all others, who are truly exceptional and remarkable in what they do.

I began purchasing from The Innocent Hound after a recommendation from a respected dog behaviourist. From my very first order, the service I received went beyond any of my expectations. Not only were the products beautifully and carefully packaged, but they arrived the next day and came with a personal, handwritten note as well as full guidance on the product and how to feed it. Note, I did not pay any extra for next day delivery. In fact, I did not pay anything for delivery. I have since placed many more orders and have a regular subscription and every single time, my order has arrived at the same lightning speed.

Aside from the efficiency of the customer service at The Innocent Hound, I really cannot emphasise enough how kind, caring, genuine and warm-hearted the people who work here are. I honestly don't think I have ever been so touched by a gesture from a company as I was when my dog was admitted to hospital after being diagnosed with a serious health condition and the team at The Innocent Hound sent him a present and a card to help in his recovery. This was a gesture that was so selfless and sincere on their part. I am not someone who spends £1000's on their products. They simply love and care about animals and are genuinely lovely people.

Finally, to the products themselves. I have purchased from the dog treats range, the fine health range and the air-dried dog food. From a human perspective, you can see that these products are fantastic quality from the moment you open the bag. They smell delicious (I don't even eat meat but the smell of the air-dried dog food is wholesome and herby and lovely 👌) and they actually look and feel like real food, not dry biscuits or pureed 'meat derivatives'. After realising how much my dog loved the air-dried food and how much healthier he looked as a result of eating it, I subscribed to regular deliveries. As I mentioned earlier, he was recently diagnosed with a serious health condition that he would have had from birth. I actually credit this food with helping to keep him healthy for as long as he has been. On paper, he should have been desperately unwell and yet his bloodwork was very good for a dog with his condition and vets were surprised by how well he looked and was. I genuinely believe this was, in a large part, down to being fed a very good quality, wholesome food with the Innocent Hound.

If you got this far, wow, I am impressed and thank you so much for bearing with me. I know this is an incredibly long review but it just didn't feel possible to explain why I rate this company so very, very highly without giving some detail. I also want to emphasise that this isn't just a 5 star, good company. This is the sort of company that you find only once in a while and that stands out from the crowd.
