I was looking at having solar panels fitted to my roof to reduce my electricity bills, but knew very little about what they could actually do for me. Imran from Eco roof & wall came to view my house and quote for the panels, inverter and battery storage. Imran did not try to pressurise me in to purchasing from them, but went through step by step (in layman's language) what I needed and at the end of his visit I fully understood what a solar system could do for me. Thank you.

Imran arrival on time which was good to see as other haven't even been on the right day he answered all questions straight away from memory and was very confident in what he was doing

Imran came out to give us a quote and we were so impressed with his knowledge and the way he spoke to us. Only reason we didn't go with Eco is the lead time was longer than expected (6 weeks) this wouldn't have normally been an issue for us but we had other work that needed to be done as a matter of urgency.
only reason for 4 stars is based on us not having the system installed. But i would recommend getting them out for a quote, Knowledge is power!

Imran was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs in order to tailor a package best suited to my usage and budget.

In the early stages of considering the viability of installing a solar panel system. Had made an appointment for Imran from Eco to call today. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. Initially discussed our current energy consumption and what I was looking to gain from the system. Then presented what would be a suitable system. No hard sell, just happy to run through the choices and explain the works and what it would mean for me. Not yet looking to go any further at the moment, but will consider Eco if I do proceed.

Imran from echo visited my property today. He was very friendly and professional. A credit to the company. This was the first company to come and quote me for solar panels. Although I feel I need to do a little more research, I am strongly considering using this company.

The Eco Roof and Wall Company just came and gave me a quote for a solar and battery installation. The consultation was really professional while at the same time relaxed and informative. Imran obviously had a wealth of knowledge and used his experience to understand my needs, my concerns and design a system for my home. The interaction left me with a basic understanding of Solar systems, how the system would affect my bills and knowledge of the business he works for. I found him to be very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. I wish all sales consultants were this polite, knowledgeable and well spoken. We had external wall insulation installed and are very happy with the finished house - it looks fabulous and is nice and warm. The work took longer than planned due to supply chain issues and winter weather. Any minor fixes that we asked for were promptly done.

Got a 6.5kw Solar Panel system fitted by them and I'm very pleased with all their work. System has been up and running for about 3 months now and I'm really pleased with it. Would definitely recommend to others.

This review is based on my experience so far. My solar installation is due to be completed in the next few days. I chose this company as it was a family run business which focussed on customer care and after care. I have had mixed experience with the company, mainly good. Any issues were dealt with professionally and in time which was great. There was delay in my installation due to product availability and some issues within the company. The actual product and installation so far has been great. I have dealt with several individuals within the company but feel there needs to be better communication within the organisation and would be great if there was one point of contact for any queries or need.
