Terrible customer service - until you leave a bad review

Update - After months of no contact I posted a review on here. I was finally called the next day. They did then send 2 cases in the correct size, although one has chipped text on. The quality of the item is good, just a shame the service was so appalling at the start.

Would give 0 stars if I could!

DO NOT USE @thecaseclub ! The service is awful, they took weeks to send my case and when they finally did it was the wrong size. I have never had a response to a single attempt to communicate and of course no refund received. Avoid like the plague!

The Case Club iPhone case doesn’t fit

Purchased personalised case for iPhone 15 pro - initially experienced dreadful customer service and the case took around 4 weeks to arrive. Sadly the case has been badly made such that the volume down button didn’t actually work as the cutouts seemingly didn’t align with the iPhone buttons. However I’m pleased to say an apology followed and new complimentary case was sent which worked perfectly. I guess these problems can happen though it’s hard to understand how a case could have a volume ‘button’ that simply didn’t operate the iPhone button below. However all credit to The Case Club for dealing with the issue perfectly so I’m now very happy with their customer service response and will certainly purchase again when I next upgrade my iPhone…!

During the Christmas period we faced some delays due to increased order volumes. I’m sorry you’ve had to wait a whopping 4 weeks to receive your order - that’s not what you may expect from us. The case should fit perfectly and if it doesn’t, there’s a manufacturing defect and we will replace it. I can see that my colleague Nash has already reshipped a new phone case out to you which has been delivered. I've also reached out to you personally to resolve this issue in case there are any other concerns.

I’d like to thank you for your support as I see that you’ve been a loyal customer of ours since 2021, and I’m sorry to hear your most recent experience has been a negative one. I hope the new phone case you received fits correctly and that we've been able to turn your negative experience into a positive one.

Oplichters

Oplichters, bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Zou 1-2 werkdagen zijn voor orders naar Nederland. Nu 9 dagen later hoor je niks meer van ze. Op mails en insta dm reageren ze niet.

Gedurende de Black Friday periode hebben wij te maken gehad met vertragingen door een piek in het aantal bestellingen dat wij in deze periode hebben ontvangen. Ik zie dat het 4 weken heeft geduurd voordat u uw bestelling heeft ontvangen, wat natuurlijk niet is wat u van ons mag verwachten. Excuses hiervoor.

Ik heb recentelijk persoonlijk contact met u opgenomen om uw negatieve ervaring te bespreken en te zoeken naar een manier waarop wij alsnog een positieve wending kunnen geven aan uw aankoop bij The Case Club. Neemt u dus gerust contact op indien wij u verder mogen helpen in deze.

Poor quality, poor packing and poor customer service

Silver text and gold logo look terrible together I asked to send it back as the image on website clearly shows silver text and silver logo but got fobbed off with terrible customer service that as the case is personalised you can't return it! I wish I'd read all the poor reviews before placing my order. Stay away from this company use another company that will offer you what they are actually advertising....... And even more so they say your item come carefully packaged in a gift box....... Rubbish....... It comes in a plastic bag with no protection.
I'm surprised it wasn't damaged in transit

As with other reviews I have tried to write a review on their website but the admin declined it as I gave them one star and it looks like they only accept reviews with 3 stars or more

Avoid this company at all costs

Incredible service and quality from The Case Club team, I ordered 4 cases and matching card holders for myself and my family and they arrived within a weeks time and exactly how I imagined them to be. The leather feels amazing and we all keep receiving compliments about the monogramming. Absolute class and I will certainly come back for more, wish you guys made more products like bags as well

Even one star is too much

Even one star is too much. Not even 3 months and you can’t see anymore the name on the case. The edges of the case are damaged also even if i didn’t let fall my phone. Very poor quality. I tried posting this review with photos on the website but the admin of the page didn’t accept it. On the website you can only find positive reviews. The negative ones will not get posted.

Great customer service

My partner really liked my case from this company so I thought I’d order her one for Christmas. It was lost in the mail so I expressed my dissatisfaction and received a call from the owner who ensured it was sent out and I’ve received it in time for Christmas. A good company goes above and beyond to make things right when things go wrong, which this one does.

13 pro max black caviar

I bought the 13 pro max black caviar case with heat stamping. Gorgeous case. Metal buttons. Open bottom but closed top. It’s perfection. I just ordered another and can’t wait to receive it! Took about 10 days to receive it.

Good quality

Good quality, but got 2 cases for 1,5 week ago, but they was not spelled as I wanted.

Sent them Mail, and they contacted me and offered two new ones. Thanks to Sam for perfect service!

Scam, do not buy from this company

I bought a case from this company online and they have confirmed my order, with the delivery date to be 3-5 days. The product never came. I had to email, write them on instagram, send a whatsapp message, but no reply. Finally after a few days, they replied saying that it appears to have been 'lost in the mail' and now it's 'out of stock' and have to wait for 6 weeks. I asked for a refund, no answer was given. This is a scam company. Do not waste your time and money.

We have, however, reached out to you on multiple occasions as well as through multiple channels to get this issue resolved for you. Our management has personally reached out to ask you what solution you're looking for so that we can give it to you (whether that was a refund or a reshipment of your order) to which you haven't responded. I'm not sure where the 'out of stock' and 6 weeks waiting time comes from. What my colleague from customer support informed you about is that if we were to start an investigation in the whereabouts of your parcel, that would take 6 weeks, and we'd rather not make you wait for such a long period and offered an immediate reshipment instead.

We are more than happy to help you out, you can simply respond to the messages we've sent you 1.5 week ago to your WhatsApp, text message or Instagram DM.

We're looking forward to your response so we can resolve your issue!

Good quality and easy to personalise

Saw an ad on insta for The Case Club, and thought I’d have a look. I was a bit sceptical at first as it looked like a bit of a gimmick. The ability to personalise is very easy and at no extra cost, and their website is easy to use.

Although I didn’t receive the product for a while (I’ll blame the English postal service), when it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the case and the lettering.

Overall a very easy to make purchase and I’m very glad I did.

Amazing quality

Amazing quality! I ordered a phone case and a cardholder for myself and a phone case for my girlfriend. My phone case in Pine Green with my initials and the card holder in the same color. The quality is good and it fits perfectly. I will definitely order again!

I would not have thought that something…

I would not have thought that something like this is still possible.

At first I was dissatisfied because no one answered my emails. i thought it was a scam. then I complained.

suddenly my mobile phone rings and the owner of the company calls me personally and explains that by a stupid coincidence i had the wrong email address.

this was followed by a super cool customer experience and i am overjoyed to be a new customer of The Case Club!!!!

for those who also used the wrong email address.
