I had a great experience with the Case Club!! I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address, and the customer service was super kind and helped me fix my mistake. I got the order very quickly to the right address with no damages to my case. I am in love with my case! It's super cute, goes with everything, and has protected my phone from so many falls. Thank you Case Club!!!

I never received my 100$+ order, they never answered customer service emails, the are a scam.

Bonjour, j’ai fait une commande il y a 2 mois toujours rien c’est une énorme ESCROQUERIE faite attention ne faites pas d’achats sur ce site.

As so many other I fell for the scam that is this company. No product, no answer and they still send me emails several times a week wanting me to buy more stuff.
Almost a month later, 7 emails sent and no answer. Posts I do on their instagram gets deleted, no way to get in contact with them.
And still so many emails asking me to buy more..

UPD - Received, thank you! - This is not my personal experience, this is recent experience of my friend. He ordered a case for his iPhone 13 Pro Max. Still no order, but to be more complete - NO replies to his e-mail requests, whis is very unprofessional. If shipping method is given DHL (3-5 days) why should not it arrive by January 09, for example, if ordered on December 30? If you have problems with delivery, just give a reply. Where is the problem? There is just one option right now - either the customer receives the ordered product, or the refund. It's quite logical, isn't it? So, at this moment, The Case Club LA is kindly requested to perform their direct legal duties regarding this order.Thank you!

This company is a complete scam. They NEVER fulfill orders and constantly scam their customers. I’ve already found 7 other people online who have experienced the same issues, and together we’re filing a police complaint.

They owe me 90 dollars …
I will pursue legal action against them. I urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. PLEASE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Let’s join forces and hold them accountable!

This company is a scam I strongly warn people not to do any business with them. After they get your money it’s all excuses

I have finally received both my screen protector and my iPhone 16 case.
No to items received are of high quality.
My work colleagues are all now asking me where did I purchase my case from and I have suggested that they check out your site .
Would highly recommend as the items not only look expensive but feels that it was well made.

I have ordered a case for a iPhone 16 some two weeks ago and to date I have not received same . Money has left my account on the said day the I ordered t£3 case . About a week after I received an email for someone call Sarah Thurin stating that there was a delay in the shipment because of the vast amount of orders they had received. I have since sent three emails to them to which I have not received any response.
I have now asked for a full refund. Await response.
My advice is to avoid this company.

Horrible service I’ve never seen this. Those people NEVER send orders to anyone I found already 5 people online who got scammed and we will fill in a police complain.
They make you wait weeks then saythat the order you PAID FOR is out of stock give you a discount code to order again ( make you pay for supplement) and again scam you

Very bad experience.
It's been 10 days and i don't know anything about my order. I have been scammed by The Case Club and i will notice my bank and the police.

I ordered a case based on the fact it said quick delivery. it has been three weeks now and I have contacted them via two different support email addresses and the form on the website - I have received no responses. I think I might have been scammed as I have received no update on my order.

Like many others mentioned even one star is too much for these scammers. I placed an order with them had to be delivered in 3-5 days through DHL however the used some cheap delivery company and now the package is lost and they won’t refund my money. These people are liars and scammers. Please save your money and don’t buy from them

I just got my case and matched a card wallet… The quality is great, very stylish, and all their products are affordable. Will definitely be back
