We chose a new bed from Preston beds as we have done before, the staff are very friendly and delivered our bed as per phone call, it is nice to go to a family run business

Very helpful and friendly

Every thing was so easy. We came in store, tried as many beds as we wanted, had advise on what mattress was best for us, arranged a delivery date ( as long as it was ready at the factory) and received the bed a week early. The delivery men were so helpful and caring taking away any thing we did not want. This is our second bed with the bed specialist and I would not go any where else. Excellent. Thank you all!

I'm very satisfied with the purchase of a Marldon firm mattress made by Enchanted House and it's the most comfortable firm mattress my body has ever slept on. Apart from mostly back-sleeping, some side-sleeping is also comfortable due to the generous amount of wool etc. between the springs and the top.
Having plenty of time for discussion about firmness and the most suitable pillows made for well-informed purchases and the customer service was superb.

Brilliant advice about the different types of mattresses & beds available. Excellent ordering & delivery service. Bed was put together & all packaging removed. All staff, both in the shop & the delivery vehicle, were friendly, helpful & efficient. Dealing with the bed and answers to questions were dealt with the require information. My only disappointment was the time of the delivery. This was requested to be early as I had an appointment at 11.45, as it was, I had to ring and tell you that I had to put the appointment off another hour. As you may imagine I was not very happy.
