I have been waiting 3 months to order an airconditioner.
Still OUT OF STOCK. No phone number to phone customer service. I selected refund or return just to see where it would take me. Right back to Contact us during our normal business hours. No email address nor phone number. Total joke.

Terrible, I can’t explain how bad it’s , as I had an order since April and haven’t received the item yet as it was mentioned that the order would be shipped in a few weeks. I have contacted them multiple times via email & Instagram with no response. I’m really disappointed with the website. I was not expecting this service and still didn’t get a tracking number for my order as it was mentioned that it would be sent after, so I’m really frustrated I wouldn’t want anybody to be in my shoes.

We placed and fully paid for a trade order in October 2025, including a sofa, lamp, and pendant. At the time of purchase, we were told items were in stock or would be delivered before Christmas.

It is now June 2026, and we are still missing key items, including the sofa. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, we have not received consistent updates, tracking information, or delivery timelines.

Communication has been sporadic or completely absent for extended periods, and we have received conflicting information throughout the process.

We are requesting immediate contact to resolve this matter with either delivery or refund.

We advise caution when relying on the timelines or availability provided at the time of sale.

I placed an order for a vase on Jan 12, 2026 that showed "in stock". I started reaching out to them on Jan 30th to cancel because it was past the date I needed it by. I have sent roughly 6 emails and have never heard from the store. I saw they cancelled the order on May 11th but never refunded me. I ultimately have had to dispute the charge through my credit card.

Follow up on another review

I am still waiting on a response from the team. the gift card those funds were returned to expired is non-functional. I have no way to access or use that balance. This means I have effectively received nothing of value from That Cool Living in exchange for the $485.10 I paid in January 2024, aside from Mush Lamps.

To summarize the full history:

• January 2024: I paid $485.10 and subsequently canceled the order. A gift card was issued as the refund method rather than a return to my original payment method.

• I placed a follow-up order using that gift card before it expired (?!) which your team helped facilitate, primarily to purchase the Christina Lundsteen pillows.

• That order was canceled by That Cool Living in April 2026 due to supplier issues, after a three-month wait.

• The refund was returned to the gift card, with an expired code.

The Christina Lundsteen pillows were the primary reason I shopped with your company. I never received them or the candles in that order that are still available on your site. The final cancellation in this chain was initiated by That Cool Living, not by me, and left me with store credit I have no way to access or use.

I am requesting a cash refund for the value of the canceled items from order within 10 days of this message.

If I do not hear back with a resolution by then, I will be filing complaints through the proper channels that will flag that cool living as a scam.

It's a scam!!! I placed an order 5 months ago and they haven't responded... after investigating, it seems to be happening to everyone!

This website is a scam. I ordered a lamp 5 months ago and I haven’t received though I was charged for it right after I ordered it.

Buyer beware. This is a scam company. I placed an order with them that was returned to sender for no reason, and I have not received a refund. No communication or any reply to my emails inquiring about this. Very sketchy.

UPDATE | I finally got my table, the courier just called this morning saying that it was delivering my parcel.
Honestly I had no hope left, I got an email last week saying that my order was on its way and I could track it on the Shop app but on the app it is, as I’m writing this review, still in the “waiting for details” status . Happy that I got my table, but I had no way to track it, an estimated delivery date, and I didn’t even know who was the courier in charge of it.
Overall I can say that it wasn’t a scam but still I wouldn’t recommend this online shop as the customer service after the purchase is very very poor, they’ve never replied to any of my emails

My order was supposed to be shipped in Feb 2026, we are now ending April. They took the full payment, and they stopped replying to email. It seems like a fraud website.

I placed an order on February 16th and immediately I received the order confirmation email which said that the order would be shipped within 3/5 weeks. Almost 3 months have passed and I haven't received anything. Not only that. I wrote dozens of emails to get updates but no one ever responded. I contacted them on Messenger, on Instagram, on Shop... no response. Run away from this seller. They take the money without sending the purchased goods.

Despite a legitimate looking website and social media, after the experience I had with them, I can confidently say this company is not to be trusted. I placed an order in January and heard nothing for months. The email they've linked in the Shop app for their customer service bounces back. I submitted email forms as well as emailed directly to the address on their website only to get zero response. Finally I went to my credit card company and had them issue a charge back. I am seeing now that many people have encountered the same issues as me. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your home furnishings.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I was told in late December that my order was delayed until March due to production issues. I have tried to reach out several times but the original customer service email has bounced back. No shipping number, no updates, nothing. Do not buy from them!!!

If I could give this company less stars, I would. I placed an order for Sabre cutlery back in November 2025 knowing that the listing had a lead time of a few weeks. I was notified about a month later (in December) that the shipment would not be delivered until March of 2026 - no worries, I get it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Placed an order back in Dec 2025 was told my order was delayed then never shipped. It’s now been months, no one will respond from their customer service team and no refund given. Horrible company some needs to expose this company.

I had an order cancelled on 29 January 2026. I was advised I would receive my refund in 30 days. It is now 9th April and I have emailed several times as well as messaged the instagram page with no response.

This company promised a product that they could not deliver. The bed was ordered in November 2025. They were still saying it would be delivered in January. In January 2026 they canceled the order. We have not received our refund. They keep saying it will be refunded but it has been 90 days. Had to file a complaint with the credit card company.

Ordered silverware sets in November. Sometime in late December they contacted me to say the order is delayed and would arrive in late March. I followed up at the end of March several times and received no response. This site appears to be a scam. DO NOT BUY.

Over the course of these months, the delivery date was pushed back repeatedly, with no proactive communication from the company. I had to chase them myself each time. Their last update, sometime in December or January, promised delivery by end of March 2026. That deadline has passed. I have sent two follow-up emails since, including one on March 22nd. No response.

This is not a delay. This is a failure to deliver — both the product and any basic standard of customer service. I am now pursuing a formal complaint.

Avoid if you expect to actually receive what you paid for.

Fraudulent cancellation, false claims about supplier, no refund after 2+ months
A month after my purchase, That Cool Living cancelled my order claiming their supplier was "unreliable" and "below their standards." However, I subsequently purchased the exact same product from another reseller using the same supplier — who turned out to be completely trustworthy and reliable. Their justification was simply false.
Not only did they cancel my order under false pretences, but they have failed to refund me despite their own terms promising a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
I have sent three emails over the course of two months. Their automated reply promises a response within 3-4 business days — which never comes. To make matters worse, their customer care email address bounces back, making it virtually impossible to reach them.
I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback and a formal consumer complaint. This company's conduct is, in my opinion, deeply dishonest. Buyer beware.
