The item I ordered arrived as forcast however on opening, a couple of parts had been damaged. I emailed them with photos and details. The next day I received a reply, apologising, and including a parts list for me to indicate the exact parts concerned. These were promptly dispatched and arrived a few days later. I'm sure this was a "one off" issue which was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and would like to thank Iveta for her help.

I ordered this type of seat having seen them on a visit to family in Germany. It is well made, comfortable and versatile. Ordering was quick and easy, it was dispatched quickly and delivered within a reasonable time scale. It is self assembly and the instructions could be a little clearer, but between the two of us we assembled it completely in less than an hour.

I ordered the Sundo garden furniture set via Tesco Marketplace - a sofa and 2 armchairs. It’s been an odd experience. Ordered 9th June, got tracking info 10th June. The tracking info displayed each day wasn’t of any use - it gave me a delivery window of 4 days, but no delivery date. By day 4, I was still none the wiser. I then got an email the next afternoon saying it would be delivered the next day as they’d been advised not to deliver it to me - no idea why. Had I been at work, there’s no way I’d have been able to change plans at such short notice to accept the delivery which was now overdue. Furniture was delivered in flat pack form, which the product description on the Tesco site doesn’t disclose. It’s not a complex assembly process, but it’s tricky and requires 2 people at some stages. Connecting the back of the sofa and chairs is achieved by a male component locking into a female - unfortunately the female tubes were damaged so weren’t round and it was impossible to connect them without some modification. The holes through which the back should be screwed to the base weren’t drilled in the right place, so that also required modification. Overall, I’m satisfied with the finished set for the price I paid (£314), but I’m disappointed with the machining quality that made assembly unnecessarily difficult. The material the product is made from is sturdy and the appearance and comfort is good. Shipping really needs sorting out and quality control improved.

Metal side support connections are a bit clunky and might need a re design but otherwise good.

We ordered 3 therapy beds online, expecting them to be of standard quality. Boy was we wrong! Lightweight, Sturdy and adjustable and the quality was premium. Just what we needed for portable therapy beds for our Hypnotherapy training academy, SFTA. Order admin was fabulous and shipping details given at every stage. The price was amazing which we thought may impact on other parts of the transaction, we was wrong ! From order placement to delivery to doorstep, exemplorary effort.

Ordered several items (window mesh screen kits), two of which had missing or faultly parts.
I had not opened the packages to check and according to the supplier they are now outside of the warranty period. Fortunately I paid by credit card so will be claiming under the Consumer Credit Act 2015. So if Tactake continue to refuse to make good, I can claim via my credit card company. But I would still consider this to be poor service/customer relations.

Very pleased with the quality of the massage table :-) A small attachment was damaged in transit, I contacted TecTake and they solved the problem immediately by sending another part. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you

Bought the lean to greenhouse, the instructions have been a complete nightmare,they might aswell be be binned they are of no use,thus I wouldn't recommend this anybody thinking if buying this.Some proper colour instructions with some written parts would really help Poor delivery also didn't help.Susan boardman order number 0421-2763-42 .This company has paid no such refund as they have stated in their reply,please dont trust this company!!!!!

Awful product, should have known when the garden loungers turned up as flat pack furniture ! and not particularly comfortable either.
Went in the shed for the winter all the cushions came out moldy( the rest from my other garden furniture were fine). One of the wheels fell off, they don't do spares so superglue was the only option. The covers are apparently washable but when you take the foam out the material is so cheap you get frayed ends everywhere which jam in the flimsy zips which then break so you only have a 50/50 chance of the cushion covers doing up again and the seams split.
I thought i bought a reasonably priced decent product but what I got was overpriced rubbish 💩
Dont waste your money on this as you'll end up as disappointed as me

After ordering my dog ramp i was emailed to say it had been dispatched, the communication from Tec take ltd was excellent, keeping me informed all the way until I received it. The ramp itself is fab, just what I needed. I would definetly use this company again and would highly recommend them to others. Many thanks. 5 ☆

Unfortunately I damaged the foot of the sun loungers that I purchased during assembly. TecTake promptly replaced the part, free of charge.

Great customer service. Unfortunately we had a part missing as the packaging was damaged. When we flagged this with the team we were immediately offered a small refund to cover the cost of finding our own alternative part.
Brilliant product, well made, it has made our decorating so much easier.

Product perfect and very good quality , we just assembled it and topper is great with two colours option grey and cream and weather proof covers , comfortable and good value for money , allow for delivery from Adrian’s but worth the wait , l will review after a month

Ordered goods on 24.5.2026 with 3-5 day delivery stated on Website.............. goods have still not been received.
Tried to call their customer service number during the hours advertised on several occasions - you just get recorded message stating no advisors available.
Have emailed requesting refund ... no response.
I certainly would never recommend this Company

Tectake take your money and then do not respond. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Ordering was simple and we love the quality and finish of the chairs.

Delivery was a little on the slow side.

Ordered lounger on 27th May for delivery between 2nd and 4th June. No update since 2nd June. I have emailed twice and tried phoning, but no agents available. Money was taken on 27th May. If I don’t have a quick response I shall be asking for a chargeback from Tesco bank. And as soon as review goes live I get an email saying it’s the fault of parcelforce, even though tracking still says it is with Gls.
