The products supplied "retractable fly screen for summer house door & no bolt 3.5m canopy for summer house" were of very good quality at a very reasonable price.
The canopy initially was not delivered with the fly screen as suggested by parcelforce tracking. But after an email to Tectake Theo soon sorted it out for me & the missing product came the next day.

arrived within 5 working days.easy to assemble. Looks good and stores my outdoor garden furniture chair cushions.good price.

This company as sent me a chair which has arrived damaged and many more faults, They are refusing a collection and refunding me, I have escalated this with amazon and my bank regarding a dispute and now they are investigating, this company is a total scam.

Edit 10/07/26: This has been going on for nearly a month, with constant back-and-forth and empty promises. You have repeatedly told me someone would collect the chair, and each time I stayed home waiting, nobody turned up. It is completely unacceptable.

You are refusing to collect the item. I am not providing false information—I have simply followed every instruction you have given me, only to be let down every single time.

The chair you sold me is of extremely poor quality and is not fit for use. It is completely unusable, and I now have no option but to dispose of it.

Amazon has already started a claim for my refund, I have escalated the matter to my bank, and I have also opened a payment dispute. One way or another, I will receive my refund.

The level of customer service I have experienced has been shocking. A month of delays, broken promises, no collection, and no resolution. I hope other customers read this before deciding to buy from this seller, because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide proper after-sales support.

Product is fine but delivery was longer what I accpect . It is information 3-5 working days but been deliveted in 8 day and I was on holiday . Never mine just do not order in last minute , product perfect for camping and fully recomended .

Delivery was good, bearing in mind this item is imported from Germany. I'm delighted with the end product. My only criticism is the construction process. Whilst relatively straightforward the tools provided are barely adequate for the task. I would recommend a ratchet screwdriver with an allen key
attachment and a small socket set or small adjustable spanner.

I haven't received my purchase

3 to 5 working days for delivery turned into 3 weeks and at that only part of the delivery arrived. We had to wait another couple of days for the rest. It became a very late Birthday present. I will never use them again. They only got one star because you have to give at least that to continue.

Great product but delivery took too long. 3-5 day delivery took over 3 weeks and the one of the boxes was in the colour. Took nearly 6 weeks to get the correct chairs!
Update: very speedy response from customer services to offer me a partial refund.

Great Garden table, chairs & stools. Great delivery communication from tectake, 3 boxes arrived one day and the final box the day after. I panicked when only 3 boxes arrived and contacted tectake by email which was answered promptly by Iveta the following day informing me that the final box should be with us, which it was. Excellant service. Thank you

The cushions have faded badly in only 2 weeks of hot sun should of chosen grey if I knew. But black is what I wanted. And the back cushions do not stay up .. so always looks unsightly. The rattan is lovely but gets very hot to touch . So not very ideal for sun loungers.

Avoid this company at all costs… Poor communication is an understatement… Ordered a garden set and it took ages to arrive and it’s was drip fed the boxes over the space of 2-3 weeks… Trying to communicate is a farce… Phone line always closed even between opening hours and the emails don’t get me started… Take 1-2 weeks for a useless reply anyway. Only way the get back to you is if the post on here and there they try get it taken down, buts it’s cool I have the email trace to back it up… Offered a £50 part refund to say sorry. But when you accept they then ignore your emails and fail to send the refund. It’s not worth ordering off these guys… Stick to the main stream companies like B&G… The Range etc… Stay away from TecTake Ltd…

Also TecTake will make you out to be well informed but this is untrue as they only reply when you state you will take action through poor reviews etc. Poor customer service and poor communication. Keep away…

Iveta provided excellent service during the process of delivery of my garden furniture it came in separate parcels and Iveta reassured me everything would arrive by the expected date which it did
