Professional and helpful company ...
I ordered a German blouse from this company via Debenhams. The first blouse did not fit; I organised a return, and they sent a replacement in a larger size. The replacement never arrived, as it was lost in UK customs. TecTake have since sent another blouse, which arrived yesterday within the time scale of 5 days. (And it fits perfectly.) I can't recommend this company enough for your German attire.

Good product but take your time installing…
Overall this manual retractable canopy is a good product and a reasonable price. I ordered the 3m wide version using their uk website but my order came from Germany so delivery took 8 days not the stated 3-5 days. The installation instructions aren’t the easiest to follow but, if you take your time, it does fit together well. That cannot be said about the wall bracket anchoring bolts which are really poor (mentioned by others in their reviews) two of the bolts failed so I replaced all four with decent quality shield anchors from a well known diy retailer. Once safely installed the canopy opens and closes smoothly and the angle is easily adjustable.

Terrible service! Unfulfilled order!
Ordered a set of 6 chairs on 9th July, 2 arrived within 5 days. Still waiting for the other 4. Have emailed several times, have contacted via website, tried calling phone line but no longer available. I have had no answer. Terrible service. Have asked for a refund, but still no-one has come back to me.

We sincerely apologise for the significant delay in receiving your complete order and the lack of communication you've experienced. We understand your frustration with the missing chairs and the unresponsiveness. We are actively looking into this matter to understand what went wrong and to resolve it promptly as the only contact we can see from you was responded to on 20th July. At this point, the information we had from the courier was that delivery would be the following working day and this was communicated to you along with the updated tracking.
Looking at your order now you have provided the relevant details (thank you), I can however see that this has not been the case and your second parcel is showing no update. I am extremely sorry for this and we can of course offer to either refund the missing 4 chairs, or get a replacement pack of 4 sent out to you. Please just let us know which resolution you would prefer by either adding an updated comment to this review, or emailing us directly at mail@tectake.co.uk

All great! I ordered 4 retractable sun blinds that work really well on bungalow. Also bought 2 pony cycles for grand children that they love. Everything delivered from Germany within a week and excellent product quality.

Won't reply to emails
Been emailing for days about trying to return my items but no one has replied . Number no longer in use so can't even call them up.
But they seem to reply really quickly on here so hopefully this will get their attention to reply to my emails
UPDATE: I have emailed once again under the same email thread I have been emailing from. We'll see if they actually reply or not

Very slow delivery, missing item
Very slow delivery, received cantilever parasol with assembly instructions for a pagoda, also missing tie off straps for the parasol.... Pretty poor

Fantastic customer service
Very happy with the customer service of TecTake. We ordered the Bilbao garden furniture but only 2 boxes out of 4 were received. They were quick to respond and were able to track the remaining 2 boxes which had then been delivered.

Do not believe the advertising of this company
The staff were pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the 3 to 5 working days delivery was 9 working days. The legs of the chairs were also a completely different colour to the chairs when assembled. Thus far no response from the company. It appears that the idea of German quality and service is no longer valid.

Camping chairs
Ordered 2 camping chairs, super easy website, excellent communication from order to delivery.
Really good quality chairs nice and high backs and very comfortable.
The only let down for us was the delivery people who just left them by a tree at the top of our drive, thankfully we have security cameras and were able to get home to take them inside
