Costume is great and neatly packaged. Staff also responsive and helpful to my query.

Ordered a 10 seat Ratten cube dining set.
This comes in 4 parcels, not ideal that they don't get delivered together, but these things happen and they do warn you in the shipment emails. Just frustrating when it's delivered either side of a weekend.
Opened up the three boxes we have and one part is badly damaged. Not great that someone looks to have loaded these boxes by hand and no attention to detail was given, but these things happen.
Emailed customer services and arranged for the correct part to be delivered once we received photos from them and confirmed the faulty part.
In the meantime we can use the chairs, but not the table.
Fast forward a week as the spare part also comes from German and therefore takes 3/5 working days to arrive and we have received the incorrect part looks like for a completely different table.
No option to phone and now have to wait for an email to be answered to start the process all over again.
Very disappointing as the item wasn't cheap and seems like there has been no attention to detail during the packing process and we will now have to wait for someone to contact us and arrange for the correct part to arrive. I've lost total faith now.

Took quite a few days to arrive (came from Germany) but well worth it. Easy to put together in five minutes. Deep cushions are fantastic and the frame is sturdy enough. Very comfortable, looks great and is incredible value for money. Would love it if Tectake were to do a high back version.

This is my 2nd time ordering from this company and both occasions were problem free.smooth Communication starts as soon as your order is placed and you receive updates about your order until delivery made. My second order was made up of 4 parcels and there was some delay between parcels and I contacted customer services and got a really prompt response from Iveta advising reason why parcels not delivered at the same time. Parcels duly arrived as per the info in the email and I’m delighted with my Menorca garden furniture set.I ordered the Faro set first time and although cushions are a bit fiddly as you get up/sit back down, both sets are really good quality and well worth the money. Would highly recommend

I recently purchased a pair of folding aluminium garden chairs with headrest and footrest from TecTake Ltd (tectake.co.uk). This type of chair is usually described as a ‘Zero gravity’ garden chair. I was delighted with the quality and keen price. They are very light and easily carried – for instance if taking them to the beach – much lighter than the usual steel framed versions. And of course, they do not rust. They are very comfortable to sit or lay on and I highly recommend them.
