Took longer than expected due to held up at customs - no fault of sender. The table is great, sturdier than expected and comfortable. I love it. Looks good too! X

I've had 2 awnings from TecTake via B&Q. The first one went up without issue but the second one was slightly problematic, resulting in a spare part request direct to Tec Take. They responded quickly and without fuss and a new part was promptly despatched. The second awning is now installed and working. Both are doing a great job of keeping direct sun off patio doors and windows, resulting in much cooler temperatures inside during the heatwave. Great product and a great value for money. Would buy again.

I dealt with Iveta, such a lovely lady. She sorted my query or enquiry out immediately. I have already recommended this company to my friends. Such a lovely experience 💕 the only down side is the instructions could do with a rewrite or z video

Absolutely fabulous quality sun loungers and table and a great price.
My only reason for 4 star instead of 5 was because they were not delivered within the 3-5 working days as it says on their website for the items that I ordered

Only used the paracel a few times then broke , to be fair once I got in touch with the company they apologised, and said they would send a new 1 , that I was happy with , then after nearly a week I contacted them again to see if they had sent it yet . They said it was out of stock so ended up refunding me ,

The delivery driver was very helpful and plesant also the people at head offices for tactake were very quick to respond to my worries about delivery dates and tracking issues i encounted one person was Lveta at tactake.also the product was what we exspected ,we are very pleased with it.

Iveta was brilliant. Solved my problem and got the parts to me in a matter of days. Cannot praise her enough, excellent service.

The item was good quality and a great addition to any party. It folded up for easy storage. The tracking information provided was very useful to know when my item was arriving. Overall Tectake were very responsive to my questions and concerns and provided quick and polite customer service.

What fabulous customer service from Iveta at Tectake. I had a problem with my new Sunna parasol. She was extremely helpful and replied to my emails promptly. She resolved my issue without hesitation. Extremely satisfied with the great service I received.

The items I ordered were delivered quickly, unfortunately I had a problem with sizing issues. After contacting customer services ( who where very helpful) I was offered a refund. I would buy again.
