T&H, what can I say? From my first initial contact the team were fantastic. I was hoping to buy a lab grown and was initially torn but the team helped me with all of my questions around the differences.

I was in two minds about the design to go for and they really helped guide me through options until I found the perfect one.

Everything was clear from start to finish and I was kept in the loop continuously. I would go as far to say, that T&H has given me the best customer service experience that I have ever received.

There were never any blurred lines with price, warranty or the aftercare we would receive, if any issues were to arise. Not that we have had any.

Booking in a resize was a breeze and the ring was returned perfectly, in a much shorter time period than they initially stated.

Emily is amazing! From the very beginning, she was very patient and supportive! I had lots of ideas and designs in mind for my ring and she helped me a lot by sharing different pictures of designs and stones that made my ideas come to life. Apart from online video calls and emails, we had an in person consultation that it really helped me decide on my engagement ring. My ring arrived on time, exactly as I ordered and looked stunning! I was very impressed with the Taylor & Hart Diamond & Gemstone Specialist who I dealt with when searching for and purchasing an engagement ring. The Specialist was very helpful in providing information about the characteristics of the diamond and how it compared to other similar designs. Most of all I was impressed by the speed of reply to my queries. The Specialist responded within the same day, often several times a day and always seemed interested in helping me select the right ring for me.

The quality is bar none, you can go more expensive with a mainstream brand but you're not really getting anything more there. T&H also offer platinum settings which not a lot of other jewellers do.

Talked to Emily regarding the wedding ring I wanted. Requested photos to be provided as unable to attend showroom to view the ring. Photos sent straight away show the ring from all angles against engagement ring.

I originally had concerns about ordering something like this online, but with the great visualizations that the Taylor and Hart website has combined with getting lots of images of sample rings it made the process very comfortable and the end result was exactly as (maybe even better) than what i had seen on the visualizations.

They were so helpful and flexible with arranging the consultation. In the consultation every aspect of the ring was explained and we were provided with plenty of samples of both rings and different 'class' diamonds. The rings themselves were exactly as designed and pictured. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The ring turned out better than I could have imagined and there is a real sense of personal attachment due to picking your own diamonds and design.

Everyone was really helpful from start to finish. Tayla was great pulling together designs and options and both consultations with Simeï were friendly, helpful and really made me feel comfortable with moving forward with commissioning a ring. Both went to great lengths to make it as easy as possible. The final product was beautiful and my (now) fiancé is over the moon with it! Could not recommend more.
