The ring turned out better than I could have imagined and there is a real sense of personal attachment due to picking your own diamonds and design.

Everyone was really helpful from start to finish. Tayla was great pulling together designs and options and both consultations with Simeï were friendly, helpful and really made me feel comfortable with moving forward with commissioning a ring. Both went to great lengths to make it as easy as possible. The final product was beautiful and my (now) fiancé is over the moon with it! Could not recommend more.

I have now bought an engagement ring and both wedding rings with Taylor & Hart.
Each purchase has been very easy and aftercare has been great.
I found the engagement ring range to be the best range I could find with the added benefit of it all being online, which is important when trying to keep it a secret.
Both wedding rings have a bespoke design which was made very easy during our consultation. We were able to explain all the ring design aspects we liked from other jewellers, but instead of being told we had to compromise on our final design, we were able to have what we wanted made into our final choice. This is while not having to pay for anything extra, its all part of the service.
Super happy and cannot stress enough this is the only place to go for rings.

From start to finish Taylor and Hart have been exceptional in providing a seamless service. Aline especially has been absolutely amazing at helping both me and my partner choose engagement rings, explaining everything there is to know about the style of rings and diamonds. Taylor and Hart were also incredibly helpful at rearranging my delivery to another address and both me and my partner are over the moon with our engagement rings.

Initial help / guidance on designs was great, Flor was then incredibly helpful as we defined and finalised the ring. Team were supportive in getting ring ready for required date too

I used Taylor & Hart to buy an engagement ring for my partner. I was a little apprehensive about the process which felt bit out of my depth.

I loved being about to look online first at all the options for rings. I was impressed how many styles they had (better and more than other companies that I looked at online) and loved the flexibility that their customisation allows (I've enjoyed saying 'I designed the ring' to people).

I booked an appointment in their London store with Georgina Ainslie. It was a very discreet store which didn't make it feel as overwhelming as some of the other traditional high street jewellers that I went into. Georgina was excellent at putting me at ease and talking me though all of the options. I particularly liked the fact that they had examples of all of the different diamond options (eg. they had a diamond of each clarity to show what it actually looked like in real life; the same with carat, cut and colour options). This was so much more helpful than looking on a screen or in a book.

The process of getting quotes and ordering it was great and Georgina couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.

When the ring arrived it was beautiful and exactly what I had had in mind, delivery was fairly quick and easy, and reasonably priced too.

The follow up appointment with to get the ring resized (after I inevitably opted for a size too big) was easy and quick. Dalila was really friendly and helped explain the sizes really well.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend Taylor & Hart and am grateful to Georgina and Dalila for making the experience of buying an engagement ring so special and comfortable.

The ring arrived on the exact day that I was informed when ordering so very happy, packaged and presented very well, all communications great. The ring is amazing!

We did have to have a resize and this was complimentary and really efficient, Candice, Linda and team going above and beyond to get the resized ring back quickly and ahead of the initially communicated ETA. Resize work, together with complimentary added engraving, is exceptional and cannot tell that it's been resized by eye!

Where to start.... OK let’s start from the beginning. I was looking around for an engagement ring,but i didn’t like any, a bit of online research and there it was Taylor & Hart. I dropped the team a message and the whole thing started. After a few calls and email exchange we nailed the design I liked. Now the trick part, finding out the size. As my girlfriend rarely wears jewellery, I didn’t have it easy, I had to use various tricks. I passed all the info I had to the team. The ring arrived and it was beautiful, the ring, the packaging everything.... Now the moment of truth to see if it fits.... It was a perfect fit. We were very nervous about purchasing rings online, it's one of the most important things either of us would wear and we really wanted to do it properly. We designed all our rings (3 in total) with Taylor & Hart and have been wearing them for a few months now. From our experience, I can say that this is genuine, trustworthy and knowledgable company who know what they're doing. I work in the jewellery industry and have quite a good understanding of what qualities make a great diamond, everything our designer (Florencia) recommended was correct, she gave impartial advice and it was clear she really cared about making sure we were happy and being taken good care of.
Our rings have been crafted to an incredible standard, every detail is perfect and the quality of the materials is outstanding. Little extras like the packaging and cleaning cloths that came with our jewellery were lovely touches too.
If you're in the same position we were, not sure who you can trust, then I hope this review gives you some comfort as we are so glad we chose to go with Taylor & Hart - the aftercare is also great, you won't find yourself abandoned.
