put tap models into site for replacement cartridges and it said both taps used same 1. They were too small to fit , they did not even look the same. also got 2 grub screws that were not long enough. Even if the cartridges had been right the square in the new tap top was too small. I am £70 out of pocket and taps still need fixing.

I just can't be more thankful to Tapmagician for the quality if their website, which made simple work of identifying the ceramic cartridge, that to other suppliers was a weird one.
Having identified late yesterday afternoon, and confirmed in a short phone call to Tapmagician, the cartridge arrived by Royal Mail today before 12noon.
For anything tap related, this has to be the first call.
So glad I came across them.

Easy website to navigate, excellent quality replacement tap lever, good value and swift delivery.

They have an impressive selection of tap cartridges. It was easy to find the specific product I needed, and the order arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my purchase

The Tap Magician is just so knowledgeable. Popped along with a Franke cartridge as I wasn't too sure what the part number would be.
In 30 seconds flat he had removed the adaptor bush, and returned that to me along with my new cartridge.
Great experience, and great service.

Great service & help given

The diagram and size makes making the right choice easy. Delivery very prompt would use again

Excellent service very prompt service and the part I ordered worked perfectly

Right cartridge at a fair price promptly delivered

Good website for selecting the correct tap cartridge. Very helpful if/when the correct cartridge can't be found. Speedy delivery service and if required the return process works well.

The replacement parts work just as expected. Clear instructions and reasonable return policy. Thanks.

Good and speedy service

Recently got in touch with them as I didn’t know how to remove a tap that was leaking and to ask for information regarding the parts I’d need to replace.

They contacted me next day with all the information needed. I ordered all the parts from their store and it arrived about two days later. The tap no longer leaks and works like new.

Thank you to everyone at tap magician and Naomi for getting back in touch with answers.

Tried 3 local plumbers suppliers tap handle wouldn't fit any of their ceramic valves. BRAVO Tap Magician.
Fast delivery as well.

Like so many others here I had tried the local plumbing supplies merchants to obtain replacement ceramic cartridges for a pair of old taps. To quote one chap - "it's a bl**dy nightmare mate. So many variables".
I was directed to Tapmagician who patiently worked with me to identify and supply the replacements, even offering to carry out some machining to ensure a good fit, free of charge. Outstanding!

After much web searching I discovered Tap Magician as a rare supplier of both red and blue versions of Crosswater compatible shower ceramic flow valves for our 10 years’ old shower. Unfortunately one of the valves supplied leaked slightly but after a brief and very friendly call to Tap Magician Customer Service I was delighted and impressed to receive a replacement from them on the next day. The company clearly also puts priority on Customer support in the tricky business of finding closely matched plumbing fittings for bathroom and kitchen fittings as well as producing a valuable set of tutorial videos on Youtube.

Was told by local merchants they were tap cartridges were no longer available, or nobody stocks them.
Quick websearch revealed tap magician. Sent a photo, promptly answered with part required
Ordered and despatched within an hour Thursday morning, and fitted by lunchtime Friday
Excellent service.

Have had a leak on tap provided by Wren. Cartridge letting by. Cartridges have bigger splines. Wanted to be certain I was ordering correct units. Emailed Tap magician sending photos and got a very fast response confirming what was needed. Ordered pair of Cartridges and they arrived next day! Excellent service.
