I had a leak coming from the back of my toilet. I was able to get an emergency appointment. The plumber Mike Lawson called to discuss the problem and arrived on time. He was very prompt and explained how he would fix the problem. He was very professional and polite and explained everything regarding his work. Mike is an asset to your company. METSERVE RESOLVED MY PLUMBING ISSUES QUICKLY
The METSERVE Plumbing Representative on Thursday 2nd July 2026 repaired the mechanism of my slow filling toilet in the downstairs cloakroom by establishing what caused the problem and resolving the issue very fast.
The METSERVE Plumbing Representative on the same visit also resolved the issue I had with my Water Pressure Regulator located under the Kitchen Sink. It was making loud noises and vibrating causing much concern to myself. The METSERVE Plumbing Representative resolved the problem very quickly by cleaning out the Water Pressure Regulator Filter which was covered in Limescale Deposits
I was very impressed by the Plumber who is very Professional with excellent Communication Skills . I was also very inspired by his Forensic approach to Plumbing Issues. THANK YOU METSERVE I AWARD 5 STARS FOR TOP QUALITY WORK.
