Needed outlet pipe for mixer tap.
All local suppliers told me got no chance of getting one “ you’ll need to buy whole new tap unit “
Found this company’s website, thought I’d found right one , rang them for reassurance, very helpful guy. Product arrived next day and fits perfectly. I was that chuffed , I rang to thank them.
Would highly recommend recommend

Great service. Ordered tap cartridges over the weekend. Items despatched early on the Monday, received and fitted by mid adternoon Tuesday. Excellent, thank you very much.

Excellent service and the correct cartridge was easy to find on their website. A fraction of the price I was quoted on the official website (Bristan) All fitted and no more drips.

When we had an annoying leaking kitchen tap, Tap Magician were a great help and saved us the expense of replacing the whole tap. Their website has useful information about what could be causing the problem, how to identify the parts you need, and handy installation tips and videos. When I struggled to identify the exact spare I needed, their customer service was able to assist me via email really quickly. Delivery is super-fast and the part came with fitting instructions in the pack. Would highly recommend for price, speed and service.

The ordering was easy and straight forward, the support was excellent, and the product arrived the next day.

Clear information to guide me on correct cartridge for Franke tap.
Received in good time and fitted perfectly.
All at good price.
Thanks

Great product and price. Real peace of mind that you can return items if incorrect which is good for me because I was not sure if I was getting the right item. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I never got a reply to a query.

Fast postage

Absolutely good old fashioned customer service. Hannah was clear, responsive, supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. The ordering process was easy, straightforward, and competitively priced too. Strongly recommend Tap Magician.

Excellent product. Great service.

Ordered 2 new tap cartridge valves for my leaking kitchen mixer tap on-line. Easy to find on the site. Good price. Quickly delivered.

Perfect match. Easy to fit, aided by the company’s YouTube channel.

Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, very helpful, certainly the company to contact if you have a sick tap / shower, i would most certainly use them again.

When I was struggling to find the cartridge I needed, this company helped so much. With hints on measurements and their returns policy, I use them for all my needs

I initially contacted them to help identify the correct cartridges for my 1810 Curvato tap. I wasn’t sure of the exact model, but after sending a few photos over WhatsApp they quickly identified the right part and explained clearly what I needed to do (including removing the conversion bush, which I hadn’t realised). The order was dispatched the same day and arrived promptly.

A year later when the tap started dripping again, I got back in touch and they were just as responsive. Instead of simply pushing a sale, they took the time to ask troubleshooting questions and guide me through checks to properly diagnose the issue.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. Great support both before and after purchase — highly recommended.

I have never changed a mixer tap cartridge before .the Video on line was great.however when I came to fit the hot side of the mixer tap I found it was not the same size as the one I removed however a quick call to tap magician’s ,and the lady who answer solved my problem fantastic service.

Exactly the right part for 20 year old Franke Tap with very helpful video on the site to assist replacement of cartridge and stop the hell of a dripping kitchen tap.

Great service from Tap Magician. Couldn’t remember what model of Howdens tap we had but the guide on their website showing all the different models made it easy to select the correct cartridge first time.
