Dear Mercia,

Apologies for the current situation,

We just received your review on trust pilot

And I can totally understand the frustration

1. Delay due to covid19 lockdown
2. Package is stuck in transit

We have no idea why this has been delayed,

As your address was Armed Forces PO Box address
DHL would not be able to service that address
And FedEx have suspended the service on our pincode, due to covid19

Hence we were left with only option to ship it via India Post which would send package to USPS

And we took that option (Shipped on 16th June), but as it's been almost 15 to 20 days, it should have reached you by now, but it has not,

Let us check with india post tomorrow and confirm what has happened with package,

Also if you have any alternate address where we can ship (non military zip code) we would try to get the package back if it's still in our borders, or make new jeans and send on priority basis via DHL to alternative address you provided.

We feel sorry for this mess and want you to accept our apologies, please do not give up on this, we are looking forward to resolve this issue on priority.

Yes due to Covid19 Lockdown everything was standstill and got delayed, and we appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are sorry that it got delayed too much because of that.

Coming to your jeans, Your Selected fit was comfort straight fit, so from knees to bottom wideness would be exactly same giving straight linear look,
we don't know if you were expecting narrow when you had selected comfort straight fit?
as you had not sent us email after receiving the jeans about facing any issue with jeans, else we would have surely helped you if there was mistake from our side or jeans is not wearable.

Also about fabric 91403 is one of our premium quality denim weaved with softer galaxy tint finish and many customers admired this fabric range, sorry that you were expecting different finish or feel.

Dear Darrin,
We did not let you down when you complained for 1st pair, we wanted to cross check what went wrong exactly to make sure we don't make same mistake again, and we found that, it was learning as we discussed, we never blamed you that you made mistake, and we never showed any ill intent, you said you need an inch longer waist and we accepted your request after checking photos that it doesn't fit you well. (But knowing the main reason about what went wrong we asked you to measure your original jeans in different ways where complete circumference came 1.5 inch larger then your given measurement, and we used that knowledge to make sure remake jeans are made to proper updates)

We made free remake based on feedback,
Regarding the remark of second jeans having one leg longer it can't be, we craft jeans with care and precision even after stitching and wash process we cross check, it can never be.

Also you must've received the new jeans just a day or two ago, you should have emailed us before posting negative review, we don't blame you for posting negative reviews, that is your right as customer,
and we respect that, but having proper communication helps both of parties, we work hard on customer satisfaction, if something like this goes without screening we feel that it is something we could improve on.

About quality we use premium quality denim, and stitching is done on traditional sewing machines and not like factory made machines so you won't find factory like stitching and patterns but it is as per normal stitching standards. (remember this are not factory made jeans where highly equipped machines work on jeans and each section of jeans stitched on different different machines)

Next time when you order just put it in notes on check out, if you have any special request like this one (pocket depth)

It's nice of you to write a review, because it is very unlikely in this busy world people writes good review due to their busy schedule, and priorities, when they had good experience, very less people submit reviews,
But when they have bad experience it is very likely to give bad ratings,

We try our best to resolve the issues if reported and we leave no customer unattained when they complain,
Majority of bad reviews here are due to communication gap, we started using trust pilot recently, and invited all of our past customers as well as automatic invite to on going customer orders,

The bad reviews you saw are from old customers and we haven't had any dialogue then, they simply left the hope, instead if we get any feedback, and complaint we take action and communicate, and resolve it by providing free remake. (For any customer , who reports issue within 8 to 10 days of receiving, we open case for remake and after some preventive measures to assure that it is genuine case, we approve remake)

Dear Micheal,

We are sorry that you didn't liked the jeans or had fitting issue,
But after receiving it, if you had reported any issues in 8 to 10 days we could have been able to helped you,
We have fit guarantee policy, where if you report problem in jeans within 8 to 10 days of receiving we provide free remake upon investigation and make the whole jeans again based on the feedback, and ship it for free.

Also your selected fit was BootCut , not relaxed fit.

Our take on this edit is, we work hard on giving customers best service, we cross check every details, and still there could be issues as we all are human,
But as a company we always try to give our best and resolve issues for customers when they report, we go extra mile to resolve it.
But for that extra mile, there has to be some dialogue initiated from customers end after receiving the jeans.
We do not look away, we will attain your concern and provide you resolution.

Dear Laurel,

We are sorry that we could not be upto your expectations,

But, First I would like to inform you, that your order total was 73 USD (Not 100+)
Second, We followed your request that you have two knees that you need to be replaced
and you did have extremely high swelling problem due to that on your right leg

We took your request, after receiving your order, we sent one email for confirmation, on sept 21, 2019

Requesting you for information about measurement adjustments, (and asked you to reply if we understood you right and we are not making any mistakes)
We waited for 3,4 days but we didnot got any reply from your side, so we then processed your order with our general adjustments assuming both legs would be of same size , and the measurements you provided are from the bigger leg,

And we made jeans shipped via DHL on 3rd Oct, 2019 (Email confirmation with tracking code sent to your email on same date)

You would have received jeans in 3-4 days, after dispatch,
you never emailed us back , nor to our previous email, neither after receiving your jeans, we assume when customer doesn't complain over email, or live chat, customer is satisfied
and we have fit guarantee which allows customer to report problem about jeans within 8 days of receiving the jeans even sometime we allow upto 10 days to report the problem

and if found that customer is having issue we provide free remake with adjustment,
we never received your response , feedback or complaint,

We are once again sorry for the trouble you faced, if you have replied to our email from 21st sept,
or even after receiving jeans, if you would have raised complaint we could have helped you.

Sorry to hear that you did-not liked the fit, but we would have expected a feedback, complaint or a word from your after you received your jeans, if you would have reported any issue with your jeans
within 8 days (Sometime We do allow upto 10days considering some exceptions )
of you receiving your jeans via our logistics partner,

As your selected fit was Relaxed fit, we did applied relaxed fit adjustment over your body measurements, and we are assured that it was made as per relaxed fit specs,

But still you didnot replied or raised concern, How could we help you if we don't know that you need help.
