Complete waste of money. Jeans were smaller than specified. I can’t even wear them.

Two pairs, both falling apart after a month of use!
This is our second pair of custom jeans for my 6’6” daughter. The first pair had the zipper and tab break off, so she has to pin them shut to use them. That was after about 1 month. We still ordered another pair because we needed jeans that would fit. This pair has had every rivet on the jeans fall off. 3 fell off after the first time she wore them. She’s lost the rest in less than a month. For how much these jeans are they should last!! It’s sad as they fit amazing, just fall apart.

Didn't like the material too stiff I've tried to do everything to soften it doesn't work. Button hole too small, can hardly get them buttoned. Way too much $ for quality of jeans. Overall quality not good

I'm 99% sure that my jeans were…
I'm 99% sure that my jeans were incorrectly measured, and the pocket pattern wasnt what I had chosen, and when I attempted to discuss a refund due to the 2 faults if which at least the pocket design wasnt my fault, they did everything they could to keep my money. They dont seem to care much about the customer as much as they care about your money. Beware. EDIT/REPLY: I did NOT accept that I provided an incorrect length, and The pocket pattern wasnt that of which I had chosen. Whether this was an employee error, or a glitch in the website I can not say. However, that being said I was shipped jeans that were too short and too tight to wear, with the incorrect pocket pattern. The legs were also slightly different lengths, (not that it mattered since they were too short and tight, but that's the quality you will get for a price that is beyond steep) I say again, buyers BEWARE. EDIT/REPLY: I am absolutely astounded by how incredibly adamant this company is to put the fault on me. I asked for a refund, and was denied dispite being eligible for such service. I was then told that my initial complaints were my own fault, which I dont agree with. Aside from those, this company has yet to justify why both pant legs were different lengths from each other and why my pocket pattern wasnt what I have chosen, and why I'm not getting my refund. Severely disappointed in the customer service. If they would like to justify their faults by saying I input incorrect information, that's fine, but how can they justify my left pant leg being shorter than the right one?! I said this both times, and I hope that throughout this thread you're able to see and take care ordering, or better yet take your business elsewhere, but BEWARE. The price for the quality, even if it was done correctly, was quite steep. Take care in your purchase, and understand that you may not get your $70+ dollars back dispite being eligible for refund. and it will help others too in making their decision and prevent them making mistakes that you made while putting your measurements
As we explained to you , and provided enough evidence with our QA report's photos, that we made jeans as per your given measurements, you provided length which was 30 inches,
and it was made 30 inches which was evident that in given photos,
(And you have understood that and accepted your mistake)
We have clearly mentioned and also have specific disclaimer which you confirmed while accepting that length you are providing is OUT SEAM and NOT INSEAM
Yet your provided Inseam and which is your fault, you did not read that and clicked on I accept, we have added that specific acceptance clause to prevent someone like you to add the inseam length , moreover you have specified Body Measurement, and our measurement guide shows how to take measurement of FULL length and not inseam,
Yet you put your label size,
Which is again we have mentioned in Notes before you start taking measurements, that DO NOT USE any LABEL Size ,
We cannot do anything in such cases, as it was purely mistake from your end, you can not say it was our mistake
About Pocket pattern, it was the same that you selected, and there was no difference in pattern it could look little bit different due to stitch color and thickness of thread but we can assure that it was the same pattern that you had selected.
We only approve Free Remake in cases when below two conditions are met fully
1. Customer's length is not inseam when ordered and it have been confirmed by customer by accepting
2. Jeans are not fitting correctly
Now if customer have provided proper out seam and still jeans are not fitting well in any area, (after looking at photos of customer wearing jeans) even though there is mistake from customer's end in measuring him self on any other area, or if we did mistake
We would approve remake and ship it to them for free
But if one have provided inseam even though we have specifically asked for outseam, we can not do anything.

and you did confirmed about your length mistake by nodding affirmatively by appreciating us for explanation.

You can write about your bad experience but you cannot blame us for your mistake,
Which should not have been done in 1st place, as when you clicked on I accept over acceptance that
"I accept that Length Provided is Full Length (Out Seam) and it is Not the Inseam, and I am sole responsible for this particular measurement if I have not provided Out Seam."
Which means you have read and confirmed that you have put OUTSEAM
and if its not then it will be your responsibility

Fit is exceptional
Fit is exceptional, sewing is perfect and delivery was smooth and seamless. My only critiques would be that the button used for the waist closure is sort of cheap and starting to get loose and it's difficult to select a denim from such a small photo online. Bigger/more photos (perhaps with people modeling the jeans?) or the option to purchase fabric swatches before ordering would be a huge benefit.

About button we used, are rolling buttons so they are not fixed to the base lock but rolls and it will be loose, but be assured that the lock will not wore off unless extreme physical force is applied.
We are working towards getting more detailed and good looking buttons and your feedback will be taken in process of finalising
About the selection of fabric, as these are custom made jeans, made from raw denim, having different washes, it is not feasible to provide swatches, as swatches has to be made from each raw fabric , sampled first, and washed and processed before they can be made into final swatches, it is costly process, and also time consuming,
which is why we make sample from new fabric and get it photo graphed, again we can't use model for photography for selection of fabric, as these denim are not like ready made jeans, we offer unique denim and each have different parameters, texture and weight, hence it has to be photograph of denim (color may look different on model due to lighting, even for sample they may look different on different devices hence we don't want to complicate things, and have customer fighting with us over color of denim as, same denim washed different batch might have some difference and also single denim sample may look different in sunlight and in shadow.
However we have taken your feedback and we will push for improvement on quality of images with our technical and design team

And no, I never received any communication from you all. No effort to resolve. Only an email stating you were forwarding my email to your support team.

I received the Jean's. They are nothing like the template I selected. They are pegged so tight at the bottom I can just get my foot through and the pockets are not what I selected. They were supposed to be like the "Cinch" in the picture. Need a refund or you are welcome to try again. I measure just like your web page directed and based on the selected style you all would add to the measurement to reflect the over all style. These were to be able to wear with boots. Like in the picture of Cinch Jean's.

Not quite made to measurements
Be sure to include a note regarding length. I measured as directed and pants were too long. Also the button at the waist was placed so the pants were difficult to close. Generally disappointed in the fit won’t purchase again.

We have policy of providing free remake if issues are reported within 8 to 10 days of receiving the jeans, we never heard from you, if we don't receive complain, how we can know that you had problem.

Very dissatisfied. I think my women’s jeans were made with pockets intended for men’s jeans. The pockets were larger and deeper then pockets on all my other jeans. My email to the company expressing my disappointment with the product went unanswered. This was an expensive experiment that failed.

Jeans was too big totally flat the waist line was okay but legs were too wide big without any styling anyhow didn’t wear it even once.

Thanks for review, Your selected fit was Straight fit, which makes your jeans straight towards bottom from knee,
Your Provided measurements were
Thigh 26
knee 21 inches, calf 16 and Ankle 9,
So to accomodate straight fit, we made thigh 27.5, Knee 22 inches, calf 20 and bottom 20
which is why you may feel legs are wide, but it is because you had chosen Straight fit, if you had chose comfort fit, then
Calf would have been 17.5 inches and bottom 14 inches

Would not try this again
Despite triple checking my measurements (they were right) they don’t fit well. The knees are too baggy and for skinny jeans they’re almost bootcut the ankle is so big. Not happy with them especially considering the cost. The material is also weird. It stretches but only in one direction so it doesn’t move well. I was hoping this would be my holy grail pair of jeans (I’ve never found a pair of skinny jeans that fit right so thought made to fit was perfect) but they’re only slightly better than store bought. Definitely not worth the cost and wait.

Best jeans ever!
The jeans are a perfect fit! They're comfortable and look great. Price is in line with the cost of jeans from a department store. Oh, end they have wonderful deep pockets! I'm never going back to ready to wear jeans again.

Very Disappointed
I ordered high waisted. They’re not high waisted. I ordered slim boot for one and ankle jeans for the 2nd pair and got 2 bell bottom jeans! All that and I don’t like the material. It’s way too thick and not very stretchy.

We would like to clarify the details you mentioned,
The Rise Selection decides the Front Rise and Zipper Size, based on whole crotch measurements,
Over all Rise height is determined by your Crotch Size,
Your Provided crotch were 27 , as per our guide you needed to measure the Crotch from your waist where you want to have you jeans seated to all the way to back where you would like to have your jeans rest.
It seems you have taken crotch measurements to normal waist line instead of high waist line, which is the reason you have experienced this.
About the Boot Cut, the jeans Expands from Knee to Bottom in Proportion as your knee was 17 your Bottom were made 18.5 Inches,
and your another jeans had Slim Straight Fit, whose bottom were made 16.5 inches to give straight look.
About the material both the fabric you selected have 2-3% lycra which is why it have less stretch, fabric with 8-10% or more lycra or elastane have higher stretch.

Jeans not made in the right size at all...i gave measurements and it was like they weren't taken into consideration. And refuse to return them as i would have to deal with shipping to India.

There could not be issue from our end while making jeans as we checked and found everything was made asper your measurements,
Your Selected Fit was Slim Straight, Length was 33 (OutSeam) Waist 37.5 calf was 15.13 and knee was 14.25,
We made Waist of 38, Length of 34 and As your calf was bigger then Knee, for accommodating Straight cut, we made Knee , calf and bottom 15.5 through.
May be what we feel is if you have provided any measurements incorrectly while placing order and which could be the reason for this.

The jeans do not fit right
The jeans do not fit right. The hips (butt) is tight, and the waist is much too loose. The other measurements were all good though. I followed the instructions very carefully and checked every measurement multiple times. I can wear them, but they are my least well-fitting jeans. I can deal with the slightly tight butt because the denim stretches as I wear them. Plus I am in the process of losing 5-10 lbs, but this will just make the waist even more loose. I am considering taking them to a local tailor to bring in the waist an inch or so. (I am an average size man, with maybe 10 lbs more than my ideal weight right now)
