Rivets falling off and no communication

When my son tried the jeans on, one of the rivets fell off. When we looked at them to see if we could put it back on, we noticed several more were missing. The top part of the rivet looks like plastic which was disappointing for the price. I sent an email with pictures to their customer support over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. I don't know if they've received the email or are working on the problem. No communication other than to give them a rating.

After the long wait, not comfortable

I love the concept of what you offer, but after waiting many many weeks for the finished product, the jeans are less comfortable than a pair I'd buy off the rack. The waist feels very tight while also having a bit of a gap in the back, hips are very tight. The thighs fit nicely, but the lower legs are baggier than I expected for the style I ordered and perhaps a tiny bit too long. It also feels like the crotch area is tight. I certainly did what I could to exactly follow the measurement instructions and used a seamstress tape measure, but it didn't work out great for me, in the end.

Wrong fit no resolution

Got a straight fit and they added to my measurements to create a relaxed baggy fit and refused to replace them and stated they looked good on me, even though they do not have my desired fit.

Dear Megan, you stated that it feels baggy and relaxed, but from photos you shared it is visible that they are very nicely fitted, and not at all baggy or even comfort fit, they are slim it and they are looking nice on you, if you are unhappy with fitting, probably it is something we can workout in your next order, and you can mention the specifics, we already shared details of your body measurement, against our adjustment as per slim fit, which was mentioned on our website, and also we shared Video of our QA Process to compare actual measurements, as per our policy we do provide free remake where jeans is not fitting at all, or measurements are significantly differs from what is provided by customer, in your case, neither was the issue, it was made as per measurments, and it was also fitting nicely.

There will always be very small level of tolerance in final measurements which are normal to happen, but quality and crafting and our support will always be there.

Great Fitting, nice customer service. just make sure you measure your self right, and always use body measurements, these guys will adjust based on fit, and it will fit perfectly, highly recommended

I ordered custom jeans from Tailored…

I ordered custom jeans from Tailored Jeans, The jeans they sent me were not even close to the measurements I asked for. I wrote to them, explaining that the jeans were way-off and provided pictures and they insisted that I sent them a picture of me wearing the jeans... like that would prove anything... I had already sent them pictures of the jeans next to a tape measure showing how incorrectly they were cut. I never got a refund and threw the expensive jeans in the trash can. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.

I misunderstood how to measure the…

I misunderstood how to measure the rise, so my fit is not quite right. I thought I needed to go from the waist all the way to the center of the crotch, instead of to the base of the zipper. Otherwise they are great. I bit large in the waist, but that is my error. I plan on ordering again with better measurements!

I was disappointed

I was disappointed with the lack of quality and odd measurements. I measured myself correctly and double checked prior to submission. However, the jeans I received were very thin material, and shaped strangely. It gives me a kangaroo pouch when I wear the jeans which looks so goofy. I can't wear them out, and will likely have to throw then away.

Disappointed

Disappointed. Waist was made too large, twice. And on one pair, the legs were 3-4 inches too long. Had to take to a tailor here at home. No support or refund offered by the seller.

1st Jeans we sent, you mentioned they are fitting well, you placed second order after receiving 1st pair,
you later reported that one of rivet fell off, and we provided solution by sending extra set of rivets along with your next order,
when you received your next order , on 15th december, you had not reported any issues and after 20 days on 4th January, you
sent email saying both ordered jeans are not fitting and large (where you confirmed that 1st order that it was fitting nice and hence you placed new order) and filed chargeback for both the order (order from 11 Oct 2021 and order from 17th November without even waiting for us to respond, in just 5 minutes of receiving your email we received two chargeback for both the orders you placed.

this is not how you ask for support, you tried to scam us by filing false chargeback, how come jeans so fitting well and because of which you placed your next order, becomes not fitting well after 3 month? and you raise the chargeback for both orders.

Sorry to say You Disappointed us.

EDIT 1/26/21: 🤣🤣🤣🤣 your response is hilarious! I waited 3 days for you to respond, and you didn't! Then when I filed the complaint you responded literally 2 minutes later, lol. You told me to wait 3 MORE days, and YOU STILL never got back to me! Instead you to PayPal that it was all my fault ans that you made the pants to fit exactly to my measurements, yet when I measured the product, it was smaller than the measurements submitted. You and your entire company can f*&k off. Ps, using cuss words isn't abuse. Having a policy, and not sticking to it is disgusting. Since I didn't get the product I asked for, can I get a donation receipt?

I followed the directions exactly as the website instructs for measuring, and even added a 1/4" to be safe, and the pants were still too tight. I reached out to them twice, and received zero response. The first time was on 12/03 via online chat. I told them I had an issue with my order and they asked my order number, upon giving them my order number, all communication stopped. I had the chat window open on my computer during my entire 8 hour shift at work, they never came back. I followed up with an email on 12/4/2021.

Many people try to scam us with fake claim and sometime they would have made mistakes while placing order, which is why we follow certain process and checks, every jeans goes from through process, checks and final QA process gets recorded.

Dear Joey, Thanks for posting this review, and excluding the emails where you abused us,

You raised dispute without waiting for us to respond, not only you raised dispute, you converted it to chargeback claim, we did sent you response, and you also submitted your response on chargeback,

After you lost chargeback, you came back on email conversation, and started abusing us.
We provided all the evidence, jeans was made as per your measurements,

We would have even helped you in that case if you had shown some patience and waited for us to get back to provide you some solution after finding out the exact issue, instead you just raised dispute and then you converted it to chargeback without even waiting for us to respond, and based on all QA Evidence we submitted, you lost the chargeback case.

We have provided free remakes in cases when even mistakes were made from customer's end, and we do provide free remakes in all valid cases, and even also when those are not valid, but its not fitting well to customer due to mistake they made while placing order,
but for that you need to be polite, patience and helpful to identify issue and we resolve issues together.

The jeans were the furthest thing from…

The jeans were the furthest thing from a tailored fit. No part of them was the right measurement. I waited 6 weeks for these "tailored" jeans to arrive and ruin my day. My cat is the only one who enjoys using them and only as something to sit on that isn't the cold floor. 1 star because no option for 0. "Tailored Jeans." More like "LIES"
