Jeans came in about 3.5 weeks and fit PERFECT! Very happy with the product. I ordered another pair immediately.

I ordered custom-made jeans because I could not find jeans that I like: straight leg, fitting snugly around my hips and thighs but not skinny or looking like tights, and of sufficient quality to last several years. I expected to wait 5-6 weeks for my order but it arrived in about two weeks by DHL.
The fit is perfect. Exactly according to my measurements. And the quality of denim is high. Much better than the flimsy cloth calling itself denim that is sold in most fashionable stores, and which produces holes on knees within a year. I will order again from the same source.
But the second time I will make my measurements of the waist and thigh one inch smaller. When the jeans arrived brand new they were like jeans coming out of laundering: initially very tight and after a few hours stretching out in width a bit. Now that I know it I will allow for this small stretch.
Otherwise, I love my new jeans.

Did my measurements exactly as directed. Ordered relaxed cut. Jeans came so tight that I was barely able to get my foot through the legs.

These are the second pair of custom size jeans that I have ordered through Tailored-Jeans. The first pair were slightly larger than expected in the waist but not that it was to much of a problem though, and could of even been the way I measured myself. I have adjusted my measurements so hopefully this time they will be spot on. The workmanship and materials used seem to be good quality and second to none.

We measured extremely carefully, and followed their measuring guide exactly. We measured a 40 outseam, and confirmed this was a good length by comparing with other jeans of the correct length.
They keep insisting we entered GARMENT measurements, but we DID NOT. We entered BODY measurements, as we indicated on the measurement form. We did NOT "MIX" body and garment measurements, as they claim. At any rate, the outseam on the body is the SAME as the outseam we measured later from the jeans - 40 inches. This is what we ordered, not the 42 we were sent.

We clearly requested this 40 outseam on the detailed order form.

However, they randomly added more than 2 inches to the length, making the jeans way too long and absurdly bunched- up at the bottom. Avoiding bunching was our reason for ordering custom jeans. If we wanted to tolerate bunched up jeans, any off-the-rack brand would have sufficed, and at a much lower price.

When I emailed them to discuss, they gave all kinds of nonsensical justifications "the extra length is needed when you sit down." "cloth doesn't lay flat' etc. .
As a very experienced seamstress myself, this is all BS. You measure for a garment and make it that size. You don't randomly add 2 inches to the hem of the skirt, for instance - you hem it to the length the customer requests and approves.

As per their "guaranteed fit" promise on their website, I requested a remake or a refund. They refused and continued to make all kinds of excuses.
I had no other choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card, and write this honest review to warn others. They are simply deceitful.

Too bad the customer service and responses are terrible: the jeans seem well-made and of a good fabric

bought jeans from here. was excited but completely disappointed when i found i couldn’t access the site anymore. thought my phone was glitchy so i went on my computer. everything fine, so i logged in to check the status of my order. next day, computer blocked from website. whenever i try going to the website it just says “There has been an error processing your request. Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.” this website is a scam and took $160 from me.

I was skeptical that the fit of my tailored jeans would be accurate, but they fit well.
The reason i gave a 4 star rating is the communication regarding 'special instructions'. When you request something, such as dark stitching, you have to reply back with your instructions on the confirmation of order email that you receive,. I did this, but i had no idea that they received my request. i waited a few days and and requested again. Special instructions should be part of the order process and should be acknowledged at the time the order is placed.

The pants came faster than i thought, and they fit beautifully. I hope their construction will last a long time. If they do, I will exclusively buy my jeans from this website.

Edit: 2/21/23 the thighs wore out just as fast as any other jeans I can get from the store. I probably won't get them from here again.

These jeans fit perfectly. I have washed them a few times and they are still perfect. They are really well made and came exactly as I’d hoped. I would recommend this company.

Jeans are too long and waist is also a bit big.

I am very disappointed in my jeans and even more disappointed in the complete lack of response with the customer service / return department hen I tried to inquire about returning them. Most of the rivets at the pockets, hip, and zipper areas of both pairs just fell off. I knew it was a risk ordering a custom pair of jeans on line much less paying $100 per pair. Lesson learned.

PROS: The jeans fit very well.

CONS: Pocket rivets fell of before first washing and the button above the zipper is very loose. The fabric is thinner than I'd expected and I don't expect these jeans to last long because of the low quality of the material.

I don't think I'd order again. Even though the fit was spot on, the poor quality of materials used will quickly wear out or fall apart.

Over all Good Experience, Only issue is, that if they put more details about fabric on cataloge will help to choose fabric.
jeans I received was good, fabric also feels nice, but not exactly what I anticipated.
