The pants were totally incorrect sizing. Obviously something went wrong. However the vendor will not address the situation. They replied (to email) twice with something like "we are waiting to hear from our order department", and that's it. Now no response.
I believe they sent me the wrong order, or used the measurements I sent, Incorrectly.

Jeans were extremely tight and I could hardly get them on and buttoned. They will be given to a thrift shop. Very disappointed as my measure were correct. I will not use an online ordering process like this again.

Ordered 3 jeans from 3 companies. These jeans were too big in every way. I could fit 2 of me in them. No refunds or alterations they said. $100 down the drain. Luckly, ordered from 2 other places who are willing to adjust on their jeans. Once I find the perfect fit I will purchase several more pair.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Jeans took much longer to arrive than the company indicated. They said it was because QA found a problem that needed to be fixed. Well, the jeans DID NOT FIT, in the waist mainly but in other places as well. The company requested pictures, which I sent. They replied that the pictures did not show the waist buttoned. Of course not! The waist was FIVE INCHES smaller than what I ordered. What QA??! I could go on and on. I asked for a refund: crickets. I only hope that PayPal issues a refund.

Their reply was that the measure I used was a "cheap Chinese" measure. First, the REAL measure I used was that the jeans didn't fit. Second, I compared the "cheap Chinese" measure to a standard metal measure and the results were equal. Finally, does it make any sense for me to ask for a refund if they fit?

I have somewhat strange body proportions and have given up on store-bought jeans EVER fitting me. These jeans fit! They're good quality, I was able to take my own measurements easily, and they really do fit. If you're tired of settling, get made-to-measure!

I decided to get my pants tailored to me because I’m stuck between sizes but it was not a good idea. The jeans were not of good quality. It did not complement me. It almost Gave me a muffin top, my ass felt tight, no wiggle room whatsoever. I’d love my money back.

Ι ordered 2 jeans one had ok measurements but the 2nd was not good at all. Also I paid a huge amount of money for customs it was like buying a 3rs Jean.

1 jeans is 3 cm too short , and does not meet the given dimensions.
2 other jeans were ok .

Easily the worst looking jeans I've ever purchased let alone 120 dollars. Never been more disappointed in a piece of clothing.

Jeans did not fit and were made smaller than the measurements I gave. Grommets on the front pockets made pockets bunch out and tight in that spot. The style of the pant was not wide leg, it was flared. I wrote the company within the 7 day window and they said they would look into it. I wrote 3-4 more times over the course of months and the problem was never addressed. Now I have the most expensive pair of jeans I cannot wear. I will not order from them again, and will discourage others as well.

I regret to have to rate Tailored Jeans with one star but after several emails with no response, I am forced to take this action. My first experience with TJ was good. After giving them my measurements, I received a decent pair of jeans that fit nearly perfect. I liked them enough to order a second pair. I used the same exact measurements for another pair of a different color. This time, the pair I received were very baggy. Laying my first pair and this pair on the bed, there was a noticeable difference in the width of the legs. I emailed TJ to see if there was anything that could be done. The response I received basically stated that they would check with their quality assurance department and get back to me. After considerable time, I received no response so I sent a second email. weeks passed and no response so I send additional emails using every email address that I could find for the company but ultimately, I received no response back at all. Just complete silence! I spend over $90.00 for a pair of jeans that do not fit and a company that appears unconcerned and remains unresponsive. In light of this, my only recourse is to now give this review and hopefully warn others of the possible treatment they will receive from this company. Buyer beware!!!

The jeans showed up in a timely manner, but I believe that is the only positive thing that happened with this order. The ordering process is simple enough IF you can get the site to not timeout. It gets increasingly worse if you're attempting to access your account. This constant timeout makes the business come off as scammy.

As for the jeans I received, they don't fit. I have looked at other reviews and it looks like this happens a lot. Not sure how so many people "don't know how to measure themselves". Or maybe we should look at the common denominator which would be the company?

Either way, I am going to assume I got my measurements wrong. With that being said, I highly suggest either finding a tailor in your area you can go in to or buying pre made jeans. If you're not exact with your measurements you're going to be incredibly disappointed and out $90. This company does not offer returns for alterations or refunds. So you only get one shot and if you're wrong you've lost money.

Then there's the jean quality themselves. I ordered the 100% cotton denim. I have other pairs I've gotten from other companies and the denim from them is thick and not stretchy. The fabric from this company is thin and feels cheap cheap cheap. Definitely not worth $90. I would avoid this company, the product is so expensive for pretty bad quality in my opinion. They also smell heavily of petroleum which is super weird considering they are 100% cotton.

The website made it easy to get my exact measurements. This was my first experience having jeans tailor fit. It was a good one!

I cannot find 100% cotton jeans in the US. Great site and will order again.

The jeans didn't fit and the company has been very unhelpful. They basically blamed me, insisted I measured wrong, and asked for pictures to prove my measurements. I sent the picture and I still have jeans that don't fit and no communication to a plan to correct that. Very disappointed.

Never received items. Contacted the seller no answer. Needed this for a trip and now I have to go buy other pants sonce these never came.

I got my jeans and they were entirely to small. I went back over my order and made sure I did everything right, and I did. I wish there was a way to contact the company or even do returns. Because the fact that I spent $98 on a pair of jeans that were not even the correct measurements and there’s no way to have it fixed is ridiculous. I would be willing to spend and extra few dollars to have them fixed but there’s not even a way to contact the company.

One measurement was not right. I habe emailed 4 times and called and left a message. No one will help with fixing the pants so I can wear them. Sad as I thought this company actually cared about quality jeans.
Considering we cannot make a comment back. I find it funny that all your email links, contact links, produce a 404 error code. Also, no email or business Transaction email has “your requested response email” on it. Hmmmm, go figure! I can’t put an email address in my reply but you can.
