Dear Lynn,

As per our record, your jeans were made 34.5 inch waist , it could be possible that you have provided label waist size, which is not the true waist size, label sizes are smaller then actual waist size,

however, your jeans were delivered on 14th of October, if you had reported this issue within 10 days of receiving it, we would have reviewed and provided you free remake, even if mistake is on either side, I can not comment on another vendor's work but for jeans made from our company, we do not let any case unattended and provide free remake when jeans are not wearable even if mistake is not from our side.

Dear Jennifer,
Your Selected fit was Boot Cut, hence it comes with comfort features which have about 1 to 1.25 inch loosing across hips and thighs
(If you have selected slim bootcut it would have been slimmer and loosing would have been 0.5 inch) which is why it feels like baagy, because normal bootcut is meant to be comfort level fitting
and boot cut goes widen from knee to leg opening covering the boot (as it is boot cut)

Also about length, if you would have measured your length from waist to all the way floor it will never be short, we have clearly mentioned that do not adjust any measurement on your own, and sometime customer makes mistake that they measure till ankle instead of till the Floor, which is why it came short for you, as fabric never is straight rigid line, hence it has some level of wrinkles when you wear it, which is the reason we ask our customer to measure till floor, so when you wear the bottom comes exactly on spot where it should be.

Also The button hole stitching is meant to open up once you try to insert button, there is small cut which widens up when you try to insert the button and after few use it becomes normal, there is nothing wrong in the button hole.

1. We never said you measured it wrong, we said your selected fit was Bootcut hence it comes with Comfort features as per our bootcut description, also mentioned in each of our Fit Selection

2. We never meant to disrespect you or either made any comments, apologies if we offended you in any way and we do not treat genuine customers ever this way, once again accept our apologies if we offended you, but we were trying to explain what was the issue

3. About button hole it is standard and not if not done manually inserting of button it wont open, the cut is thin that it rip apart and widen the button hole to its boundary this is very normal and if you faced problem, we are sorry but inserting normal kitchen knife gently would solve problem.

If you feel that jeans is looser then 1.25 inch on any of the area, please send the email to care@tailored-jeans.com with details, photos of you wearing the jeans and show the areas
where it is more then 1.25 inch loosing on waist, hip & thighs & Knee

You can confirm that our Boot Cut Specification mentioned on website reads

Boot Cut Jeans is Fit where You have comfortable loosing of 1 to 1.25 inch across Waist, Hip, Thigh and Knee, and from Knee it goes Wide till calf and bottom, to cover the Boot.

And we made jeans as per selected fit.

You did sent email on 12th November , We just checked and confirmed, you mentioned about sending picture in next email, we didn't received your next E-mail, due to large number of enquiries we cannot reply to each email specifically, but we try to respond most of them and when customer is asking for help we surely do, but your email was mentioning that you would be sending email with photos , so we waited for it, thought to reply when you send the photos, as due to new year week we were on busy schedule and limited staff

But we never received your email, and conversation never started,
Below is copy of your email we received, kindly get back to us with photos, and we will see what can be done

Hi, I recently got a pair of jeans I ordered from you all and the fit is good, They could be an inch or two longer and the back pockets are extremely wide. Is there anyway to fix this? in which customer needs to report issue in 8-10 days of receiving the jeans.

We feel disappointed when customer is not happy and that's without any dialogue, we don't know about it because we never had any conversation, we have a policy where we remake jeans when jeans are not fitting or not made as per given measurements or customer made mistake while taking measurements,
And we provide help if issue is reported in up to 10 days of receiving jeans or sometime even longer.
We encourage customers to report issues, we can't help if we don't know you need help.

Dear Kyle,

We asked you to provide measurements again for remaking jeans, your chosen fit was flare and jeans were made as per that, though your provided length was not enough which you realised after words, and as per our policy we offered remake to you, but again if you don't provide us measurements or do not co-operate and communicate properly for ensuring that we don't end up being making same mistake again on either end.

But you didn't send us measurements and instead filed a dispute with PayPal, which is against our policy as we put all kind of conversation, communication, remake or even normal order on hold when any customer files dispute, and we only resume the process , if customer cancels dispute and initiate communication for remake, if dispute is converted to case then we cannot do anything, as once dispute is converted to case we hold and excersice our rights for following our policy strictly.

Your case is still open, and on hold , we don't let any single customer unattended, and even mistake from customer's end we fix them from our pocket , as we personally believe no one should have unwearable jeans.

Please refer back on email and your case should resolved by our support team, as there is just a lack of communication from your side, we request you to contact and provide the details we asked.

Thanks for getting back, we would not deny any customer a remake if jeans is not right, even sometime we do mistake and some time they make, at the end we make free remake, you did not provided updated measurements , and rushed into filing dispute, and it was on hold,

We just realized that you did closed the dispute , which we weren't aware of and you didn't got back to us over email after withdrawing the dispute, we will be processing the remake and send you, but for once I would request you to remeasure (even though measurements come same , please share it again after remeasuring) and if you want to change fit from flare to anything do share across and we will fix that for you, just send that across email, we don't want any customer have unpleasant experience, and you are no different, there can be misunderstanding or lack of proper communication but we have policy of making sure every customer gets the jeans they wanted.
