The order arrived promptly and i was hoping for a miracle due to the cat litter I was using became putrid after a day or two
I ordered this product to see if it would absorb odours and so pleased to say that this product works
I change the litter every week and this product is effective

The product is exactly what was pictured. I gave 4 stars just for the fact that the wood inserts were a bit loose and tend to come out if grabbed by that part

The cat litter we bought can be quite difficult to get in store, so we were able to buy enough and have it all delivered to our door in a timely manner! Overall, the process was easy!

Placed our first order about a week ago received within days and was impressed with the packing and delivery time it won’t be the last time we buy from Swaggle prices are very competitive for the product we will now require on an ongoing basis for our doggo

I would not reccommend purchasing from Swaggle to anyone, very poor customer service and false information on their website.

Made an order on Swaggle with their website stating they have 2-6 days for delivery. It has been 5 days since I placed my order and I reached out to be advised about tracking. They informed me that they have not even processed my order yet. I have requested a refund as their is wesbite has false and misleading information, I would not have ordered if I knew the real delivery time frames.

They now are ignoring me and have gone quiet since requesting the refund. Please avoid the possible risk of being ripped off and just order from a more reputable company.

It was by far the cheapest and came in time. Product was as expected. Will continue to order from again.

I just happened to see Swaggle as I was looking at Ivory Coat online. Firstly it was massively better value than some pet stores and secondly, from it being shipped to receiving it was 1 full day! That's amazing delivery time to Adelaide..thankyou!

I recently bought my dogs some excellent quality toys from Swaggle. I have a very large giant dog - even for a giant breed, he's a brute and it's always so hard to find anything for him to play with, let alone finding good quality, so I was so happy to find Swaggle. The website is easy to navigate, the choice is excellent, delivery was quick and there was no faff of excess and unnecessary packaging (landfill). Just great all round

I have UPDATED this review from originally a 1 star with the below comments to a 4 star as Swaggle really tried to turn around the issue at hand. I dealt with a fabulous employee named Saren and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation with my missing delivery. 5 Stars to him as I know it’s a difficult job to deal with upset customers. I got a call from him the next morning after my Chat Bot frustration and also a follow up email from Saren (plus another employee). He provided a solution and was understanding and polite. He explained but also listened. A HUGE thanks for all his help. I’m now just waiting on the redirected package to arrive. So it’s no longer a big no and I will order from Swaggle again for my cat. Prices are competitive and my mum initially recommended them as she had good experience with them and never any delivery issues. I still think the Live Chat option needs to have a real person available not just a chat bot however perhaps they can work on that in the future . WELL DONE FOR TURNING AROUND AN UPSET AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

***Initial review: VERY DISAPPOINTED! First time user for Swaggle. I couldn’t get hold of a human when my delivery wasn’t delivered! The Chat Bot is absolutely hopeless and makes you go in circles. You can only communicate via an email really and that’s useless if you need something resolved asap like a missing order. They use a Courier company. I got an email today to say my order was delivered. Showed a photo of my building but no package. Very upset and frustrating.
Let’s see if I get a response tomorrow from my email.
