Board is great, online experience was easy.
The delivery driver had a problem reading my address however this was easy to trace and was corrected swiftly with little inconvenience.

Have bought numerous soft boards from GSI. Always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Soft boards are ideal for kids & beginners and the whole beach was asking where I got them. Tons of fun and safe as well. Well worth the price.

I recently purchased the NSP E2 SUP from Global Surf Industries and I love it! I've used others paddle boards in the past but found the one I purchased much more stable for a relative beginner. Yes, I paid a little more for it, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. It was great ordering from Global Surf and it arrived in 2 days - I wasn't expecting it so fast. I highly recommended using this company!

The person I called at GSI helped me also pick out a fin set that worked great. He was super knowledgable and took lots of time telling me how to set it up. My only problem with GSI is that you don't ship to Canada (I get it, probably not a lot of biz up here) but in the end it cost me dearly to get my boards shipped to me....just about half of the cost of the boards...

If you could find a way to ship economically into canada I have two other boards I'd like to order....Until then ...it just isn't going to happen....thanks!

I have had at least 8 GSI boards, I have had a couple warranty issues as well and each time they handled it fast and professionally! This last time was the first time ordering online and holy mackerel the board got to me fast! Keep it up boys (and girls).

My only gripe is that you keep discontinuing models that I get committed to, so I'm having to switch and don't always find the same results.

I was happy to see it shipped safely, and promptly.

However...One of the fin boxes does not let the fin sit flush, and it sticks up about 1/8''. This same fin box also has a screw that pushes the fin backwards rather than down, forcing a gap in the front of the base where it inserts into the fin box when tightened. This also surely displaces pressure in ways not meant by the construction.

3 of the 5 fin screws also stripped, one now sticks out. I used the appropriate future fin tools and the screws practically turned to jello.

I discovered all of this once already on a trip, deck pad already stuck on the board, preparing for a paddle out...very frustrating moment.

I purchased the 5'6 softboard from Global Surf Industries for my 9yr old son. The board is very well designed, comes with safe flexible fins for kids which can be swapped out later for regular FCS performance fins. The handle is also good for younger kids who are not able to carry a board due to it's width. The ordering on line as well as shipment went smoothly and I have already recommended this to other friends who are looking for a similar product.

Although it took awhile to get used to a smaller board in the surf, this was perfect for me as a novice surf SUPper.
Light enough to make carrying it out to the beach a "non issue".
It's also fine on flat water, easy keeping up with others on 10'6" all around designs, although racing would be true challenge.
Nice to be able to travel with just one board.

I have never had a board this responsive and loose before. That being said, it took me 5 weeks until I finally had that one wave where everything clicked on. When the waves are firing, this board goes unreal. I still have a difficult time riding it when the waves are marginal though. The price was right when I bought it(clearance sale), and was a no brainer to at least try, but will not purchase another one at the current prices. Am still watching the site for more sales on Salt Shakers.

Everything was what they said it would be. Will order from them again.

I ordered my board on a Monday and had it that Friday. Im really happy with the 7s superfish3 it paddles exceptionally well and catches waves easy.

This is my second 6'6 7s super fish...gave my first a thorough workout over past three years, and when it was time to get a new one I couldn't think of a better board to get...so ordered same again online. Ordering easy, payment safe and board shipped over super fast.

Spoke with gsi team based in sydney. They were helpful and professional (Scott and team) when i broke my board then my replacement was damaged in transit they organised it all so i could get my board and start surfing asap. I love good customer service
