excellent price on 7S superfish, and delivered fast.

Have purchased my last 5 boards from GSI. Four Walden PU Magics with a 9'6", 8', 7'4" and another 8' as well as a Modern Retro 9'1". I am not lazy and still look around but you can't beat GSI for service and reliability.

My purchase was a Modern Love Child Surfboard. I was looking for an easy board to surf smaller waves with plenty of volume and my 6.4 Modern Love Child was perfect. It has plenty of options with its 5 fin layout which allows you to have single tri or quad options, and the longboard outline makes it so easy to catch waves. It is an integral part of my quiver so when the waves are less than perfect its my go to board.

I have now owned 3 GSI boards, two of them superfish's (superfish 1 XL and superfish 3 CV), and the other a Hayden shapes made under license.
I have creased the XL once and snapped the CV twice (with in two weeks of buying it). The HS I've surfed a few times, I can already tell that this is going to be just as fragile. When repairing the others, my repair guy has said he has never seen glass so thin. For reference I also have a Hayden shapes, made by Hayden and this thing is bullet proof.

I complained to the GSI regarding the quality of their boards and was eventually given a discount voucher for a new board after more or less being told that I didn't know how to surf. While the gesture is a small saving grace I am VERY reluctant to drop another $ 900 on a board that I have no confidence in lasting more than a few surfs.

As an overall purchasing experience I came away with sour taste and cannot recommend buying a GSI board to anyone.

I bought the Superfish 3 CV on a Friday. It was delivered on the Monday. Perfect condition with fins too. Great board with great looks. Highly recommended.

The best fun board that I ever had. Easy to maneuver good transition rail to rail , easy to acelerate, the round pin tail is perfect for the bottom turn and cut backs. A very good surfboard. I am enjoying my surf with the modern black hawk . Unfortunately is not manufactured any more..? The relationship with the members of the company was excellent very Profesional. ..customer satisfaction orientation

I ordered the item twice by accident. Global Surf contacted me proactively to ask if I really wanted two. I got a refund and Global Surf saved me a lot off time and hassle. The item arived timely and packaged well. I am really happy with Global Surf.

Bought 2 boards. Had issue with first one and they had me a new board within 2 days. Real people who care about customer satisfaction.

Great 11' SUP board and great sales service but mediocre on the quality assurance and customer care sides. The product was shipped incredibly fast but was missing an essential part - the main fin, when it arrived. The fin was then shipped incredibly slowly and so the sum total experience fell way short of what it could have been if the company had spent the few extra dollars to expedite the shipment of the fin.

It's hard to walk away with this and not have felt as if it was a bad purchase. I ordered a board that was a on sale and too good to be true. It shipped damaged. Had it sent back and it came damaged worse the 2nd time. The person who helped me was great offered me a discount on the damaged board which I used to get it repaired. The damage was beyond just basic ding repair. After a month from my online purchase getting the board fixed I took it out on its first session a pretty normal waist high day. After about an hour of riding. I went to push over a wave paddling out and the nose of the board on one side of the snaps and the stronger splits in the middle. Wasn't a wipe out wasn't a crash. The nose just bent back and stringer cracked along the board on one side. Called to see if this was covered in warranty found out any damage by the water is not covered. Probably he worst experience I have ever had with a surfboard purchase of just bad luck. I really think the damage in the water was from damage that could not have been seen in the delivery.

I ordered a 6'1 Slipstream a while back. When it showed up, I had to wait for decent waves for a week or two, but when they showed up, that board was better than any other board I've ever owned. Since then, I've surfed it in knee high to overhead, and it's pretty much my go to all around board now. I ordered a 6'3 a few weeks ago, and it was at my door in two days. Stupid fast.

The board I ordered is just as promised and actually delivered quicker than promised. Only problem I had was due to ordering at the start of a holiday weekend. I saw the charge on my credit card but had no email confirmation of my order from the store because they only process orders on regular workdays. The online account I created never worked again. So I was a little nervous that I'd given away my credit card info rashly. But no harm done in the end.

I bought Fins, Fin case and leash. Delivery was very quick.

I always wondered how they ship an entire surfboard. Global Surf Industries had my board shipped to me in a timely manner and everything meticulously packages. Needless to say it arrived safe and sound and the board performed great out in the lineup. Just what I was looking for!
