I did the Administrator course with Supermums and echo every positive comment on here. The training is high quality, engaging and supportive. The materials are good. The mentoring is fabulous. All the staff are helpful. I didn't use the work experience - only because I got a real salesforce job before I got a chance to do so! What I really wanted add on here is how brilliant the continued support is. You don't just pay for a course, pass a certificate and go away. They have an alumini group which is absolutely wonderful for continued learning and support.

After 15 years away from IT, returning felt incredibly daunting, but Supermums made the journey so much easier. I have received extensive Salesforce Admin training in live environment from Supermums and have recently achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator certificate! To further strengthen my learning, I started pursuing other SalesForce training courses offered by Supermums and was delighted to hear that Supermums has added yet another course in Udemy on Platform App Builder training. Without a second thought, I have enrolled to the course in Udemy! I felt that the Platform App Builder course was simple and easy to understand yet very informative. I am now delighted to say that I have completed this course! Appreciate the instructor, Liam O’Shea for his beautiful explanation of the concepts.

For anyone who would like to pursue a career in SalesForce, I would highly recommend enrolling to the Supermums training program. They have designed fantastic training courses which can build great confidence for anyone who is planning to build a career in SalesForce, including people who do not have any prior professional experience in IT! Supermums have provided wonderful support throughout the course and would definitely advise to signup for their courses in Udemy too!

In February, I joined the Supermums Ultimate Admin course which has been an incredibly positive experience for me. Liam is a knowledgeable trainer and he ensured that each session was highly interactive. The homework was focused on specific areas of Salesforce and included hand-on, scenario-based practice which was reviewed by my mentor and discussed during feedback sessions.

The community aspect of Supermums has been fantastic. I've connected with peers both online and in person, and my network continues to grow. This sense of community has been so important and was one of my main motivations for choosing Supermums as a training provider. I considered investing in this course for a considerably period of time and I'm so glad I finally took the plunge. I highly recommend this course to anyone considering it.

When Supermums announced they had a class on Udemy for the Platform App Builder, I knew that I needed to try it out. I have just completed the Salesforce Admin live course with Supermums, and it was fantastic. Weekly we had a live 3 hour class, I hour mentoring sessions, and challenging projects that really helped me learn the fundamentals of becoming an Admin. I also successfully passed my Admin exam. This Platform App Builder class offers great instruction. Liam O’Shea is a great teacher and has a way of making things seem easy to learn.

I would recommend the Supermums live classes to anyone looking to become a certified administrator, well as this online course to anyone interested in deepening their knowledge of the platform, or if you are planning on sitting for the Platform App Builder exam.

Overall, Supermums has been a great experience. I have learned so much and they have a wonderful community there to help you answer questions, upskill, and even get a job.

Supermums provide a great service to people keen to (return to) work in the salesforce ecosystem.
The course is well structured and the homework allows you to apply your new found skills in a case study based scenario over the duration of the course, which helps put things into context and cements the learning. You get access to a mentor, who is experienced in the salesforce eco system, so you don't stumble around in the dark, but have someone to hold your hand whilst you are finding your way.
At the end of the (Admin) course you also have the option of work experience, which is great as it gives you another opportunity to apply and extend your knowledge and possibly the chance of a job or even just a recent reference.
There is career coaching and recruitment support available and you get to join an awesome community of alumni.
You are encouraged to attend events and user groups and will soon find your way, if salesforce is your chosen field.
Despite being called supermums the courses are suitable for anyone looking to up-skill or career pivot. I'm not a mum and still felt welcome and accepted.
If I had one criticism it would be that whilst the course covers most of what is required, there are a few gaps compared to the exam materials which you can of course cover with trailheads, so overall the preparation for certification is still very good.
I have not sat my certification exam yet, but should I fail at the first attempt, it would certainly not be supermums' fault.
I have also recently completed their udemy Platform App builder course, which was less interactive and much more focused on sharing information and demos, but it was still packed with relevant information and very well structured and delivered.

The Supermums Ultimate Admin course has been a truly transformative experience for me. From the start, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to finish, especially balancing it with life as a mom of two and without any prior Salesforce experience. But I pushed through—and I’m so glad I did! The course structure, broken down into manageable chunks, made it so much easier to absorb the content, even with the demands of work and school activities.

I first heard about Supermums through a podcast by Caroline Strawson where Heather shared her passion for helping woman/moms (and parents) return to the workplace with flexibility in building a new, lucrative career. Heather’s words truly inspired me, and that’s where my journey with Supermums began. From the start, the entire team made the process of starting my course easy. Lyn was incredible - when I met her to learn more about the course she provided so much guidance and encouragement to get me going and the steps I needed to take for the career I wanted to have. Kelly made onboarding a breeze, ensuring we had all the details we needed for our weekly sessions. Jayne was always on top of updates and quick to address any queries. Liam’s ability to explain complex concepts in a way that was clear and easy to understand made even the more challenging parts of the course feel manageable. And last but certainly not least, my mentor (another bonus when joining Supermums!) was the absolute cherry on top. She held my hand (virtually) from the beginning, supporting, encouraging, teaching and always keeping me on my toes! I think I got lucky with her :)

One of the best parts of this experience has been the support from my fellow cohort members in the May Admin Course. Connecting with people from around the world who are all on the same journey as me is encouraging, and gaining new friendships and connections like these makes you believe you are capable and not alone. I’ve enjoyed the experience of learning new skills so much, that I’ve decided to continue with Supermums, and have signed up for the Consultancy Course. I have completed Salesforce Administration training in April. I think Supermums is a great training provider for learning Salesforce, especially if you're new to the platform. They provided clear, easy to understand training that helped me learn the basics of Salesforce and how to customise it. Opportunity to do a work experience was useful as it gave me practical skills and made my CV stronger.

I've been part of the Supermums community since February, when I started my Salesforce Administrator course.
I'd already spent some time going down rabbit holes on Trailhead and felt completely lost. The structure of the Supermums course with its additional examples and opportunities to practice real skills, coupled with Liam's great training delivery and the amazing personalised support of my mentor reinvigorated my interest in Salesforce, and I passed my exam first time!
Things don't stop when you finish a Supermums course. I am now part of a wonderfully supportive community of alumni, and have also benefited from a wide range of on-line and in person events that I would not have got from any other training provider.
I'm still increasing my knowledge and skills, and have just completed the live CRM Analytics course and the Udemy online Platform App Builder courses, both led by Liam.
I'd recommend any and all of the Supermums courses that I have taken (and I want to take some more in the future)

Before I enrolled at Supermums for Salesforce Administration course I was studying on my own making use of Focus on Force. Yet, my learning was not productive, I was struggling because I don't have anyone to explain to me.
The virtual class is seamless and explanatory. The trainer has been amazing. He helped me to understand each topic easily. The Trailhead modules are great, they give me deeper knowledge of the each topic. The CDS homework is challenging and demanding. It challenge my thinking faculty and to proffer solution. I am enjoying my weekly call with my Mentor, I like how she review my work and correct them. I feel privilege to have my course mates. They are amazing set of people. I recently completed the Supermums Salesforce Consultancy Skills course, and I must say, it was an incredibly enriching experience. The rigor of the coursework was challenging, undoubtedly, and there were moments where it felt daunting, especially considering my lack of prior experience in this field. However, the comprehensive nature of the material truly exceeded my expectations.

One aspect that stood out to me was the depth and breadth of the content covered. From foundational concepts to advanced techniques, the course left no stone unturned. Each module was meticulously designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring a solid understanding of the subject matter. While it required dedication and effort to keep up with the coursework, the payoff was immense.

I've just completed the second of two courses I signed up to with Supermums. The learning material accompanying the courses is thorough and relevant. The live sessions were really helpful to enhance understanding of the material and the topics. To really make the most of any Supermums course it's important to make the effort to connect with fellow students as well as previous alumni.

In addition, there is access to sessions on various topics within Salesforce as well as more general advice in areas such as career progression and how to sell yourself. This is particularly helpful for those, like me, starting out on their Salesforce journey.

I did the Admin course directly followed by the Consultancy course and I would perhaps advocate for a gap between them to allow the initial learning to sink in; there is a lot of information. Having said that the Consultancy course is useful to any Admin!
