I'd been wanting to get back into a more corporate working environment for a few years now, after closing down my Florist business, but felt it would be too challenging without clear sense of direction and retraining in my 40's. Thanks to the team at Supermums I've now completed my 16 week training program "Ultimate Salesforce Admin"with Liam and team and now starting my work experience. Each week has various training elements which gives a good mix of practical and textbook style structured training. Live online weekly sessions, drop in homework and career change support sessions too if required. Supermums team have been supportive with guidance of various system logins at the start of the course and their support continues throughout and now after completing the training. Kelly the Training Manager went out of her way to gain Exam vouchers for our Cohort when they had been discontinued from Salesforce during our course. Now for me to pass the exam!!

Supermums has been a great place to learn. I am just about to take my Admin exam after starting this with no previous knowledge and I must admit I feel ready. The course as been intense and thorough but made enjoyable and understandable by the patient instructor Liam. Kelly the training manager has been constantly pro-active taking care of any issues and made a huge difference securing vouchers and helping us book our exams. Lyn keeps us in the know for what to learn next in salesforce and Jayne keeps us up to date with what's going on in Supermums. I completed the Salesforce Admin course with Supermums, and while the training was well-structured and the instructors were knowledgeable, I felt the overall experience could have been more streamlined. The support system is good, and the alumni group offers helpful resources, but some aspects of the course felt repetitive, and the value for money wasn't as exceptional as I hoped. A solid option, but not without room for improvement.

Such a supportive company and group of people, I originally studied for my Salesforce Admin certificate, despite never having used a CRM system before. The high quality instruction and support meant I passed my cert first time and am now the Salesforce admin and guru for my employer. I subsequently took their Platform App Builder 'on demand' course on Udemy.

I have very much enjoyed my Salesforce journey, but by way of a caveat I would caution that having a Salesforce qualification does not automatically mean you can walk into a job, the market is highly competitive for these roles and seems to be getting more competitive, however a tech qualification is always a good thing and highly transferrable.

The great thing about the course I did with Supermums was the practical work experience they arranged for me as part of my Admin cert course, which means I can demonstrate practical application of the skills I learned. So, if you're interested in technology or Salesforce I cannot think of a better organisation that can help you learn or begin your journey with, but be aware that you will need to work hard after you finish your course to get that prize job. I would also say however that I had a very positive experience with their sister recruitment agency in this regard though. Highly highly recommended and, if I could afford it, I would take every course they offer!

I came across Supermums while looking at Salesforce Admin roles, as I was curious how the job market for entry level jobs was doing at the time. I had a very useful and open conversation with Lynn, that provided me with the clarity to go ahead and book myself a place into the Ultimate Salesforce Admin course May 2024 cohort. The live sessions were great; The trainer (Liam) was very knowledgeable and patient. The homework can be quite lengthy if you're a parent with caring responsibilities and work full/part time, but I found the team to be quite supportive. The live sessions were around 3 hours weekly, and sometimes you may need more than 16 hours a week to complete your homework, sometimes can be less. On the other hand, I was looking forward to being part of the alumni community, and while the current community is great and very supportive, it wasn't necessarily the same with my cohort, since not many people used to join the live sessions and I feel this didn't help with having that sense of community. However, it's been a good experience overall and massive kudos to Liam for providing really engaging sessions! Thanks to the rest of the team, as well, for their support.

There is also ample opportunity outside of the "classroom" for additional help and support, should you need it.
