My company used Supermums to hire a contractor, based on a recommendation from our SF account manager. The contractor turned out to be the perfect fit for our business, and Supermums worked with us to make the contractor a permanent staff member. The process was quick and seamless, and we're delighted with the outcome!

I learned about Supermums through recommendations before starting my training with them. Balancing the course with my full-time job is challenging, but manageable. Liam’s ability to concisely explain the content and give thorough instructions for study is excellent. Since I can't attend live classes often, the recorded content has been a valuable and accessible resource. The support from Abigail Green, Jayne Brown, and the entire team has made my journey enjoyable. would highly recommend Supermums for those looking to move into a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The content was wonderful and I built up a network of wonderful Supermums (and Superdads) that I can count on even past the course. There are not a lot of deliverables for this course so if you want hands on work you may need to self guide in that aspect. Over all very good.

The Admin course was very well structured, instructor led sessions, 1:1 mentoring, work experience/ internship is a game changer, career boost coaching sessions which help with positioning yourself in the Salesforce ecosystem is an added bonus. This course helped me upskill into Salesforce.

Like everyone else has said Supermums is a good training organisation for Salesforce and I can’t fault them. HOWEVER, there’s a lot more that people aren’t talking about in their reviews that can honestly help others make their decision. As a full time mum with caring responsibilities, I struggled so much to keep up. The tutor-led training is delivered during the week on a work day so you are expected to watch 3hours worth of learning later. Additionally, you will be told you need to set aside 16hours each week on homework, I can tell you for free that you need more than 16hours each week to catch up as there is a whole lot to learn and homework takes longer than stipulated. This worries me a lot as Supermums training isn’t cheap and they don’t care so much if you are unable to keep up. I was told I could join the next cohort for a fee if I wanted. It affected me mentally and financially as I have never given up on anything before. I did on this one as my sanity was more important.
I hope this review helps someone out there with a better picture of what the reality is especially for those working full time or have caring responsibilities.

Supermums provide the most holistic, supportive, and life-changing program I have ever had the fortune to go on. From on-demand learning, 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and weekly check-ins there really is a structure for every learning style.

Supermums is a great organisation. They offer training, follow on support, community and also, if needed, job finding / recruiting. I'm speaking from many years of experience with supermums and I can't rate it highly enough. It's not just for mums, it's for everyone ( but started to support mum's back into or transfer into the technical workplace). There are plenty of every sort of person, its very inclusive and friendly.

I am currently on the Supermums 'Ultimate Admin' course. I'm loving the course, the Salesforce ecosystem and the energy of the Supermums team. I'm unable to attend the course in-person but there's other ways to collaborate with the current training cohort, which I certainly take advantage of. My confidence in myself is growing, although I'm still nervous about certification and the subsequent job hunt, but I know that Supermums will be there to support me in that stage too, and that they will prepare me for both certification and finding the perfect role for me!

I retrained at 44 years old from English teacher to fully employed Salesforce Admin in less than a year. I did the course alongside my full time job and although it wasn't easy to do both, I did manage it. The training was incredibly helpful and the trainer really knew her stuff. I felt very supported through the whole journey, from my mentor, the careers advisor and of course the trainer.
