Item itself was fine
Item itself was fine. Was somewhat disappointed in the coloration though. The nipples didn’t have the pinkish color to it, and the lady bits down south had a LITTLE color to it, but not to the point that was shown.
Was also a little bummed out that it didn’t come with the lingerie like in the pictures.
Other than that, item is pretty darn good.

Well i tried to return my purchase literally right after purchase, but the customer service was so bad calls email were sent from china, like it was all bad ,once you purchase its final no matter if your purchase is damage or needs return. They didnt even try.

Nothing wrong with the look and quality…
Unfortunately, I noticed that the left foot is locked and doesn't turn as the right foot does... Had the doll plugged in for 4 hours and it was still cold. The joints of the skeleton are weak.The spine broke as I was posing it. Now the upper body just flops around. Seems like the welder didn't have any experience. How do I know? I put a slit in the spine and the metal is totally brittle where the break is. Now I know why it was on clearance. The craftsmanship of the skeleton is poor. Didn't have it for 48 hours. So much for the advanced functions either. Like I said the heating system didn't heat. I give the shape and the art work a 4 out of 5 stars.
It is now may 28..... I've sent photos of the break in the spine. Unfortunately no response.
May 29 I was asked to send a pic of the head even though that was not a part of the defect. I don't know why they want to concentrate on the head and not the the actually problem that cost me a little over $400 on clearance? It's now may 31 and haven't received feedback.

I assume that superlove doll has neglected there responsibility and is going to make me caulk up the loss, as there products are not quality, at least the product that they are selling as clearance. I can't speak too much on the items that are over $1000. All in all I hope that they do not have more than one DBA because I wouldn't recommend Super love doll...
It is now August 14th since my last complaint in which they have decided to respond. My last response was in June. I requested a refund because the doll's my d section broke as I was trying to pose it. The metal was very brittle. There extremely late and updated response hasn't anything to do with my request. They even made me send photos. Obviously their investigation is fraud

We have checked the doll and the previous conversation with you, we found that the issue is in from the lock of the head with the body which is very less happened issue but it is very special. For the warm function which is advaned option, it is difficult to warm the whole doll up becuase the body is thick and the TPE can't stand very high temperature for its materials. Thank you!

For what you mentioned the price you spend on the doll it is 50% Clearance OFF which is $400+, we do believe it is very big opportunity to get such a high quality sex doll with such price. We still hope you are satisfied and think of SuperLoveDoll in future.
