I bought the JY doll called Jane.
Unfortunately the real doll is very different from the doll shown on the site, especially regarding the hair but it is still beautiful. I had requested the breasts filled with gel, instead they are hollow, less soft and less realistic.
Before ordering a doll it is always good to request factory photos because the real doll can be very different from the photos shown on the site.
One aspect to take into consideration is the weight, above 40 kg it becomes complicated and tiring to move and position the doll. I have 3, one of 36 kg, one of 48 and one of 60 kg, if you are not used to lifting weights in the gym, it is a problem!
I ordered the doll on August 23 and it arrived in mid-November, to save on shipping, that's fine.
I only rate 3 stars because the doll I received is too different from the one shown in the photos on the site.

The Doll was great just be aware of how much it weighs
The doll is great and got here really quick and was packed well the box had some pretty good damage but the doll was good .Myself I didn't realize how heavy it was going to be other than that just a couple suggestions would of made my experience a little better would be to have a little more instructions on installing the head and maybe a video showing how to move the body parts, I personally had a problem getting the doll to lay flat and a problem getting the fingers straight. The doll itself was great all the little goodies were there and I would surely buy another one.

Mixed bag - I ordered a doll that was a 3-in-1
I ordered a doll that was a 3-in-1 special, which was supposed to be shipped within about 2 weeks, and it took well over a month (7/28 - 9/11) to arrive. I did get the doll, and it seems to be in good working condition. The auto blowjob works, which was my main purchasing point, and the sale price was good. The skin color seems a little darker than what was pictured, but the doll itself is fine. There was a serious lack of communication during the delayed shipment period. They did get back to me, but in some cases it took almost a week, and not with clear answers. Ultimately, I used an app to communicate near the end that seemed to work. I've ordered 8 other dolls, from 3 other companies, and I've never waited this long for a doll, and not been in fairly easy communication via email before. So, all in all, good doll, good price for the features, but a bit lacking on the communication and promised shipping time.

Your customer service and support response on text, email and via phone number are not very good. For anyone not use to large amounts of purchases on the internet this sends red flags when the response or lack of communication happens. Recived purchase late but it is what was ordered and am satisfied with the end result. Up grade you customer service response and shipping of a item which I recived two weeks late and you’ll have a great business and more returning customers with a more at ease to do business

OK, this is the 3rd and final review of the batch of _3_ dolls I bought from SLD one year ago, in May! This is about my experience with the Seller. Review of the doll (and Manuf.) will come later.
This doll had a great price, since it was In-Stock Clearance. Only they sold the last one, just before I bought mine. :( A big disappointment. And to be completely fair to them, this was a BIG sale, and they were selling dolls VERY quickly. It's understandable.
The Seller was very quick to offer me several options: I could get an instant refund, pick the same body (just a different face) for quick shipping, or wait for fresh stock to be chipped from China. I decided to wait, because I really liked the face.
The doll arrived 2 months later, on July 18/2023. I was provided with Tracking info, so I could tell where it was at, during that time. And I wasn't worried.
I give this Seller high marks for their professionalism, and friendly communications. When you combine that with their VERY large number of choices, and GREAT ability to browse through and see clear and detailed pictures, that makes SLD one of the BEST Sellers you could possibly find, to buy dolls from.
Which is why I have CONTINUED to buy from them... a total of 11 dolls in the past year. I don't know how much more of an endorsement anyone could give for any doll seller, than repeat business. For a Collector like me, it's very important, to have that level of trust.

Poor service and quality.
I ordered a doll with detachable legs. I was informed the doll was too heavy for detachable legs even though it was listed as an option for the doll. I was promised a refund for the legs option and asked for it multiple times and still did not receive it. The plug-in adapter for the electric hip does not have a turn on switch or a voltage control. The electric hip stopped working after having the doll for 10 days. I emailed a video to support and still have not received any feedback.
