I have purchased a total of 10 sex dolls (8 full size dolls and 2 sex doll torsos) from SuperLoveDoll and their sister companies, SexDollCenter and SexAngelBaby. During this time, I have learned a lot about the sex doll industry. It's not perfect and sometimes you can have a bad experience. But, overall, I have been very happy with my sex doll purchases from SuperLove Doll and their sister companies. They have one of the best selections from all the different manufacturing companies and their prices are super competitive. But I want to focus this review on their customer service team. Two months ago, I received an email from Quentin, introducing himself to me and offering his assistance on any questions I had. Well, I decided to put him to the test. I have had several questions over the past 2 months and he never once failed to address my concerns. I never had to wait for more than a few hours to get a reply, and often, received an immediate reply if he was currently on his shift. I was so impressed with him because I had been so disappointed from other customer service personnel from other companies. Quentin has answered EVERY SINGLE ONE of my inquiries to my satisfaction. Well it would have been good accept you sent me a damaged doll she has a hole in upper left side and she has no head bolts to attach the head. Now I need to know how repair her or send her back. I was really looking forward to enjoying her now there will be more delays. I'm still not sure if her body heat works or if the sound works and there's No instructions of any kind for anything also the body heat does Not work and there's no sound and no cords to hook it up and no instructions foy anything. Amazing Quality - Gorgeous Creation!
The only reason I gave this product 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of documentation/information that accompanies these dolls. Example: there were no instructions on use of the "moaning" feature (it has to be charged via usb port before use). You also must purchase a Chinese to USA AC power adapter ($7.00) for the doll heating feature to work (not included or mentioned).
The product itself is amazingly realistic and, in my opinion, a work of art. My doll is 75 lbs and 5ft 2 inches - doesn't sound like much but be prepared: they are HEAVIER than you think! Is it worth the money? YES it is! I've had mine about 3 weeks now.

For the internal heating system, it is somehow very difficult for every doll to be heat effective, since the TPE materials can't stand high tempreture like 50 degree, and the doll is relatively thick for its materials and not that easy to transmit the heat. So usually for some tinny doll, it will be easier to heat but for some heavier dolls, heating may not work that well. However we are still exploring some new ways to make the internal heating system better to give customer a better experience.
